“Dear Ms. Sarita, owner of Bhawani Transport Services. My friend Krishna handed over his Ritz car DL 3CBC 7912 to your company staff on 17 April 2021. It’s been 2.5 months and the car is not delivered. Your staff is not helping, are clueless and unprofessional. Can you please see what’s happening? Has the car been stolen and used in any crime? Is your staff responsible for any of that? “

Bhawani transport Services delivered our car from Delhi to Kochi after 2.5 months and only In response to our FIR against them. The car is in extremely bad condition, all original parts of the engine replaced with duplicate parts. Fuel gauge is not working and odometer was disengaged to hide for how much kms car was used. Even with all this tempering odometer reading showed 538 km reading which is unaccounted for. Many of our car accessories are missing. The way our car has been misused and tempered with is highly unethical and unprofessional. They also committed GST fraud. They issued us fake invoice with cancelled GST and pocketed the money. Beware of them. They are thieves and bunch of liars. They may have used our car for unlawful activities during the 2.5 months period when car was in their possession

My car, which was sent from Delhi on 17 April 2021, hasn't reached its destination (Cochin, Kerala) after 2.5 months. Filing FIR. Absolutely untrustworthy.

Dear Ms. Sarita, if you are reading this review, can you please look into how your staff has committed fraud with Mr. Krishna. His car “Ritz” is not still transported from Delhi to Kochi in 2.5 months. They have been patiently and politely following up but with no success. Your staff is totally clueless where the car is. Is this how you run the business? Do you have any responsibility? Or is it just a front business to commit these kind of frauds? Think on humanitarian grounds before deleting this review. People are helpless and pushed to their limits when they resort to post their miseries publically.
