I have this unusual problem of having constipation or severe digestion issues whenever I do some high intensity exercises at gym. As a result, in the last four years, i was not able to do the exercises for more than a month. Then, i came to know about sujok therapy and i gave it a try. I would say this treatment came as a miracle in our lives. My mom (66yrs) was living in pain since 1999. They'd tried a lot of treatment over the years & some of them gave her temporary relief. But for years now she'd pain 24×7 in her lower back, knees & elbows due to bone degeneration, disc prolapse & few other issues.
