Sales executive are quite courteous.
Wide range of collection. Mr Ajay treats the customers quite well.

Biba designs are unique and popular no doubt but prices quite high in comparison to aurelia and global desi. I find aurelia prices comparatively better along with bright n beautiful designs. Biba stands apart with ethnic styles also. I do shop with biba but a little less than before.

Unprofessional staff, exchanges seem like an uphill task. Their policies seem very weird and not consumer friendly at all.

Biba outlet on ground floor pacific mall. Some good cotton and silk clothes. You can find full suits, kurtis, kurta, palazzo, pant, skirt here. Girls collection (less than 14yrs) is also available here. But have limited variety.
