They are not paying my 16days salary…. They have pathetic management, logo k paise kha Jane wale: -D don’t buy or don’t work with this brand.

They are not customer friendly at all. They kept shrugging me that yeah we have escalated your complaint and stuff like that. It's been one month and my issue hasn't been resolved. Please don't shop from their website. They have tied up with highly unreliable delivery partners. In my case it was xpressbees. What had happened I had accidentally handed over my two myntra orders instead of my BIBA package, coz the delivery executive you have to return two packages and I had two separate returns of Myntra. The Biba one was one entire suit. I understand if I had made the mistake, but what about the delivery executive? The executive didn't verify the packages, even though the packages I was giving had big myntra logos on it.

I had been following up with Biba customer care, to return those packages to me, but they had been shrugging me off with non sense excuses that our warehouse is very big, we are trying to find your myntra orders, we have escalated your request, even though, I had offered to pay for the shipping charges. But, it's been one month and my issue is not resolved. I had been calling and dropping the mail to their customer care, but they keep shrugging me off with these non sense excuses. Although, they had given me the refund of the Biba suit that I had ordered but, I cannot get the refund of the two myntra packages that I was supposed to return because of their laxative behaviour.

I recently bought some traditional outfits from Biba. The quality of the fabric and craftsmanship was wonderful. The colours were vibrant, and the fit was perfect. I received many compliments from friends and family. I was delighted with the overall look and feel of the outfits. I would highly recommend traditional outfits to anyone looking to add a special touch to their look.

It was the best app, to buy product and the product is so best.i really want that all of the people must use this app.it was good to use.and the quality is also very awesome.

A fraud company, never ever buy they gave me a tagless used product for Rs 3500! Now they dont give any refund or exchange also, the product is having bad over perfume spell and the packaging was done intentionally in a manner that we become a victim of this. I feel the delivery boy and ship rocket courier company are also part of this fraud cycle, never ever buy, pathetic experience. I regret spending my hard-earned money to get such a pleasant surprise from BIBA India FRAUD COMPANY!

BiBa office is at 12th floor!
It's a similar office that are usually exists jn any SEZ or so.
The only con is that there's no cafeteria in the campus and it's 8-9km from cyber hub.
