Very pathetic response from BIBA outlets. Unprofessional sale person every where. They just want customer to buy things and dnt PROVIDE AUTHENTIC INFORMATION. MY 4000 are in a waste.
Since 10 years we are buying from BIBA, but after this pathetic experience I will never buy anything now, as it has very conservative policies of exchange, not custmor friendly.

Biba store is factory opened store and it is very spacious. It is having wide range viva products fron ladies suit duppta lagins and other items. Further large range of shoes are also available in showroom. Staff behaviour is good and helpful to customers. It is located in hub of the factory outlets so visit can be made other stores also.
EThic variety of suit are very attractive and reasonably priced.
