Heavan for a foodie be it their menu of food or desserts or shakes or anything and the burgers they have just added are so yummmmm so I thank you also the sweetest staff

Their fusilli chicken piri piri is still as good as it used to be a decade ago. Fresh fruit juices were amazing as well. Ambiance is very nice. Restaurant is clean. No wait for weekday lunch.

Their Pasta and cakes are the best ones to eat. Their Fusilli and mushroom white sauce pasta and Penne Arabbiatta are one of the best I have had.

The big chill has a huge menu that is mostly non Indian food. The food was good. The restaurant is very busy at times and we had to wait to get a table

My favourite go to place is big chill cuz the food is amazing in taste and the ambiance is very cozy & comfy. I usually visit the saket outlet but as i was near this place, so I thought of visiting. I ordered chicken & mushroom ravioli, Belgium thick shake & chicken meatball pizza and chocolate cake slice with cappuccino. The food was as good as always felt so satisfied with the over all experience. You should definitely try!

The atmosphere and vibe of the place was great. I ordered red sauce penne arrabbiata pasta along with oreo shake and canoffee pie. Canoffee was the show stealer. Ambience was great but pasta was not upto the mark. My stomach got upset after eating the pasta. The gravy used in pasta was not that great.

I always visit this Amazing Place whenever I visit Delhi, this time we tried the Blue Cheese Pasta, Caeaser Salad and Banofee Pie. But I my all time favourite is the Missisipi Mud Pie.

The spaghetti here is wonderful, but Khan Market is rather over-hyped, go to a different branch of The Big Chill Cafe you are more likely to be served better.

The most yummy pasta serves here, I never had such a delicious pasta and pizza in my life. It's literally outstand the all other pizza and pasta in Delhi. If you are in Delhi try this place you will forget your home town pizzas and pastas.

I have been to both outlets of big chill the DLF one and Khan market one. Ambiance at both place is sooo good especially DLF one. Undoubtbly great food. Try their sandwiches, salads, pasta

Although the waiting time is too much. However the food I worth all the wait. There pizzas and pastas are the best and don't forget the dessert.

My all-time favourite and go-to place for spending a nice evening, having yummy food. Everything is good about this place, be it ambience, service, food, variety and portion size. Love their thick shakes, pasta and desserts (especially chocolate truffle cake). I wish they could take online reservations, because the waiting time usually lies between 30 to 40 min, extending upto 1 hour on holidays.

It's a hyped for a reason. Bill chill means quality and taste. However, they were not able to arrange a charger as my phone's battery died. They didn't make any effort. They need to think beyond. A person comes to a restaurant for a holistic experience. So, it got a setback that day. Rest, the food and ambience and social distancing is maintained. There is always a wait time of ~60 mins, this is the testament to their quality.

We picked quite a few items from Big Chill on Thursday, 2 September 2021. On reaching home we found the Lamb Puff was completely off and smelly bad. The next day when I called up to report this to the Big Chill staff, they refused to acknowledge that it was bad. They kept making excuses and when the manager came on the phone, he was quite rude. He almost made it sound like I was lying.
We have been visiting Big CHill for many years now. There is definitely a decline in standards and quality of food. They have stale things now. A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! We were die hard Big CHill fans. Not any more.
The owner needs to give a crash course in ettiquettes to the staff dealing with complaints.

Has been a 'go to' place forever for Italian and conti food. Ordered a Caesar salad which was nice followed by a pizza and a main grill dish. For Dessert we ordered two slices of cake, chocolate decadence and a banofie pie, both were yummy. Ambience and staff is always fantastic.

Food is always awesome at Big Chill. Deserts are awesome. Especially Blueberry cheesecake.

Always like going to this place. But if you are going on a weekend then 45 minutes waiting is expected so call before going.

Food is super good. You can compare the food with any good quality Italian cuisine. Ambience is cozy.

The food was great however the problem with good cafes is the waiting time. There should be better ways to be able to book a table in advance than to reach the place and wait there. If somone has to to wait in the market then they would rather just try another place.

Pesto sauce pasta was delectable. So was the coffee. However apple pie and fruit pastry was not good and way too expensive for that common taste.

Loved the food and ambience.

Third visit- Did not like the food that much. The Garlic bread was extremely bad and overpriced, the Pasta and Pizza were very average to be honest. Not worth the price anymore.

Ambience of the place is nice and the staff is very cordial.
The 4 seasons pizza was really delicious. And the sundried tomato pasta could have been better. The shakes and the desserts, were nothing less than amazing.

It was overly crowded, and obviously food is fantastic in Big chill as always.food order time is extra long. Not pocket friendly place it's for a little higher end gentry.

The smell as you climb up the stairs is so inviting, and it's also so representative of the feel and food of the Big Chill.

You can't get tired of their food. Even if you order the same dish in your different visits. As a vegetarian, i highly recommend the Pizza Rolls & Spaghetti Puttanesca.

Their dessert section is also treat to look at, each and every cake seems to call you at it. The banofee and Mississippi mud pie are favourites of most people I know.

Portion sizes are good, so call for your shakes accordingly!

Nice place to hang out with friends and family, ordered green salad which was fresh and tasty with good portion size. Garlic bread with cheese was also good and cappuccino was awesome. Their pastas are also very yummy, forgot to take picture, must go place.

Great food, good ambience, and ofcourse the staff is very co-operative. Yes, there might be a little bit of waiting at times, but overall this outlet is lovely.

I love their grilled chicken and their pasta. These two dishes are a must try for sure. Overall, a great place for lunch, brunch or dinner with your loved one.

After many consider, we tried the Big Chill based on the good review on Italian themes. The space is cozy, warm with many old school movie poster. Along the vast listing of many choice, we went for all cheese pizza and Pasta, along with Swiss Chocolate Ice cream and Chocolate mousse. The pizza is great! The normal cruze is already thin! The thin cruze must be cat-walk model thin level. But the pasta was salty for us. The staff was caring, asking if it is okay and replace for us upon request. Quite good attitude. The tag-along bread is very chewy and soft. The ice cream and mousse are too sweet for us. Maybe they are meant for Indian but this sweetness is from overflowing sugar. Not the subtle sweet-like and soft, melting taste that you can find in Hilton Chocolate mousse. Not that i try to compare, but again, the good one is pizza. Other is to be consider. Used to be good. Now I have a feeling the staff has been farting in the food to give that molecular gastronomic feels. Better eat the garbage with the cows outside.
