Very authentic. I ordered bhuna mutton and chicken gaon wala which had less oil and masalas (I like this taste - it doesn't hurt your stomach) Also liked its parathas and rice - awsome tastes (feel home). Its way too cheap.

Shameful people from bihar, I am National Awardee of Madhubani painting, i did painting work in bihar niwas during bihar diwas, we closed the deal at 50000/- but they only gave me 25k, all officials are corrupt there,
I wrote application regarding this but didn’t get my money, i was working there with my 10+ artisans.

Official is saying to go bihar to make certificate. Why is this rtps counter even there?

Great food. Amazing fish and tasty Champaran mutton. Only thing i did not like was that they do not have the wherewithal to cater to lot of people. They could not serve water glass to us. They fell short of spoons. Food was good and feel was sarkari. The staff was polite but they need to understand that if they need to come close to Andhra Bhawan then they should understand the economy of scales. Lastly, please get better chairs. The Resident Commissioner of Bihar has done a shody job. The menu is publicised but the place does not give you the confidence that it can cater to lot of people. Staff is polite but the issue rests with the administration and not with the people serving food. Today they could not even provide spoons

They always make officially documents very late. And their excuse will be always like there is server problem.

Like any place run by self-serving good-for-nothing bureaucrats.
Had gone there to get my birth certificate authenticated. The babus there dont know about computerised birth certificates. They also dont know that panchayat secretaries can sign birth certificates.
Both the law and the technology is anathema to them. And these morons rule us.

Every time they have problems in their server,
I went there on after 5 days of promise but I didn't get my Certificate.

This is a place you must visit when you are in delhi and you are searching for really mouth watering food. Every dish had surprised me like heaven. Cozy environment, great service and food will be worth it.

Bihar bhawan provide many facilities to citizens of Bihar and represent of Bihar in Delhi. People are getting benefits without going to Bihar.

In one word just awesome. Visited many times here. If you are a non vegetarian you must try fish curry here. Ambience was quite good and cleaning too.you will find good and quality Bihari food here

A very nice place to visit and for stay purpose. It server 24×7. Dining and furnishing all features were well decorated. Any person who serves as a bihari police services and other as well as chief officers and ministers can stay here and can enjoy a satisfactory night and day

This is office of Resident Commissioner of Bihar Govt. It also has a guesthouse for govt.officials of Bihar govt who stay here during official stay in Delhi. Located in posh area of Chanakyapuri.

Rush free place in the center of New Delhi near Ashoka hotel. There is a Gali along side building where u can find daily use items and also some local food shops having cheap and nice.

Its a good place.only thing that worried me is transportation costs are high.esle place is very good
