Poor quality food.
Worst Items were made by the restaurant/ shop. Other outlets serves better quality. Area manager and R mgr was very rude in their behaviour

They are riding on the brand goodwill, they do everything to disappoint the customer.
Today I ordered packed food for 10 people but when I got the food packed found they don't give Disposable plates, what they offered was a small plate.
Above all they very conveniently say no to anything you ask.
They served mix veg with onion saying without onion n garlic.

The food was served fast, fresh and tasty. People working there were very polite and helpful:)

Located on Naraina Vihar main road. Better restaurant for snacks and regular North and South Indian food. Sweets are also available. Good ambience. Hygienic.

The price is affordable. But the dining experience feels a bit un coordinated They should explicitly mention beforehand that's it's self service

U have a self service but if u request staff they will serve u with food, ambience of naraina branch is good and food quality is obviously awesome

I think they changed their staff who made their some dishes like pyaz kee kachori and dhokla and other things too. Woo pehlai wali baat nahi hai ab yaha kai taste mai.please improve.

Face parking Issues many Time and guard behaviour is too irritating also need some price down

Soo untidy place. Staff was good but due to lack of staff the place is very untidy and there is a lot of delay in order's u need to go up and down to take your orders.

Good place to have sweets, snacks and meals. Food quality and hygiene standards are well maintained. Seating is on the upstairs and can accommodate good number of persons at a time. Lunch and dinner hours may be really crowded as it is located near commercial establishments and residential area. Limited parking is available on the main road.

Worst sweets.don't know how to make sweets, prices are too high not quality.fooling and looting people of their money.

A clean restaurant with variety of options for quick bites. 4 wheeler parking is difficult in this area though

Unfortunately no customer satisfaction, no hygiene -I have stopped eating at this restaurant for last two year, manager do not cooperate and listen and crew is totally unhygenic

There are many bikanervala where i have visited and celebrated bdays, we have cut outside cake but bikaner in naraina stoped us to cut the cake, they spoiled my frnds bday, they should inform us on entry about that. Plus staff is so lazy and uncoperated they will work according to their mood. There is two floor and self service some item served on one floor and some on other means u have step down and up stairs many tym. Restaurant or gym god knows.

Today, We purchased jalebi at 10.30 PM today at Naraina outlet but found very sour taste as informed but strict action to be taken.

Bad, bad place

This place is always on my list whenever I wish to eat healthy good food at reasonable prices.
The variety has also increased over the years including momos and other stuff.
Earlier this place was small, with limited amount of seating.
But since the renovation of the place, the restaurant has totally changed.
There a separate billing counter and a food counter.
For some food items you have to run downstairs to get the food which is bit annoying at times.
Also the parking area in front of restaurants is bit messy.
Overall a great experience at this place

Faluda kulfi is not good, hygiene not maintained and its taste is so bad Food delivery also very poor, and the way of talking is also not good not treating well with customer.

I liked the food, not so spicy with balanced flavors. But it does not feel like a restaurant even though the prices seems to be like one. Paneer Tikka was not upto my expectations as it tasted quite flat but the dosa and chole bhature was good, even though the servings are not much. The major negative were the prices. They have self service and all plastic cutlery. If they are saving money on this front why do I pay extra from my pocket as the food was good but nothing special. NDMC parking is also available in front of it.

Prices mentioned are not correct.
Changes are made overnight and are not shared to the customer.
After billing, without telling the regular customer that the rates have changed, they say that we informed at billing. Which they don't.
Irresponsible staff and very misbehaved.

They might give u a good meal but for incidents like these, don't expect cooperation or refund

I have been eating the same dish for 2 years almost and the rate changed to DOUBLE the price without intimation!

They claim price was changed 2-3 days back.
Yet the counters have not been updated.

Bad service, they will serve you water some time or sometime not, depends on the mood of staff, food quality is very odd, some are okay. Never ever try their tea, worst you can drink. Uncoperative staff.

The food was ok. I didn't like it so much. If you are hungry and have this nearby you then only you should go and not otherwise. I tried thali, Chinese platter, pao bhaji, south indian thali, strawberry milkshake with ice cream. The pao bhaji and milkshake was good but the thali was okay and the Chinese platter was also okay. But the south indian thali was not good. The dosa did not meet up mu expectations, idli and vada were too dry and the utappam was okay. The seating was also fine.

Chole Bhature and other chat items are good. I found still can improve more taste. However other meal options are also available. Can call and reserve tables, neat and tidy washroom. Paid parking also available in front of gate at 20 Rs per hour. Overall recommended
