Bikanervala Saket- Indian Restaurant

Pathetic Food and service especially on weekend. So much oily food.it feels like we are having food somewhere from road side vendor that too in high cost.

Not value for money.

Paneer pakoda- aaa thuuu.

Poor service quality.

Sahi paneer- lagta hai bananewale ne kabhi khaya nhi.

You pay more and get less service.

If you want spicy food. Don't go.
Even tasteless food I eat ever in resturant.

Horrible place. Most of the sweets are absolutely stale. One should avoid visiting this place at any cost. They are fake. Their restaurant and edibles are filthy and stale.

A very well known brand that serves all purposes for vegetarians. The menu has both south Indian and north Indian options and it has a decent price range for most of them. The starters are slightly pricier and so are the desserts. The seating area is not always able to accommodate the evening crowds.
The service time will fluctuate depending on the crowd and is frustrating especially during rainy season as a lot of packing orders are placed.

If you want India without dealing with India these places are great. Sweets are nice but the fast food doesn't seem worth it. Whatever you do, do not get continental food at drinks here. They are weirdly made.
The kaju badam milk and Raj kachori is to die for!

Good restaurant. They maintain hygiene and quality of food. Loved it. You should give it a try. Totally worth it.

Ambience is nice food is also perfect.

But when i was there the service is very slow
I ordered noodles and it took almost 40-50 minutes to serve me, even though i personally went there and asked where is my order.

One more thing the taste of virgin mojito is so bad, i would recommend do not buy mojito.
Other wise the food quality, quantity and hygiene so damn perfect

It's a good place to have Indian cuisine, on the ground floor you will find all the sweets and on the first floor restaurant is located.

They have the best Dhoklas here in saket. There is so much rush that the Dhoklas get finished by like 4pm

Best value for breakfast menu. Quick and clean service. Great ambience and well located with ample space for parking.

Nice place to go out with family. Food is tasty and budget friendly. Also the staff is quite helpful. Their combos are really good, do try some of them if you go there.

Should work on their South Indian cooking other wise a good place for Indian street food. Service sometimes can be slow.

Went there at around 1 and found this place to be almost entirely empty so wasn't looking forward to eating something good. I ordered idli, dhokla, paneer pakoda and tea. The service is good and the staff amiable. The idli was great and went well with the sambhar and chutneys. Even the dhoklas were juicy and tasty. Pakado was good but the tea was just nothing to talk of. A great place to have breakfast or light food if you are around.

I went there today for an hour bt my experience was not good over here.i ordered pastries here bt that was not good in taste.so from my experience i suggest you try something different here instead of pastries.

In few products (raj kachori) this outlet is not following the standard of bikanervala otherwise is it fine.

It's a really nice place to have a family dinner. Enjoyed. Prices are also reasonable. Food is tasty

Nice place with almost all north indian food available.sweets and other bakery items r good too and in average pricing.sitting space is ample and attractive.sweets r a must try.

मैनेजर नितिन त्यागी जी का बात करने का तरीका बड़ा ही गन्दा है उन्होंने मेरे और मेरे दोस्तों के साथ जिनमे कई लड़कियां भी थी उनपर उन्होंने अभद्र टिप्पणियां की और जब मैने इस बात की कंप्लेंट वही के कुछ और स्टाफ से की तो उन्होंने भी यही बोलै की हम इसमे कुछ नही कर सकते तो कृपया करके बीकानेरवाला ltd आपसे मेरी यही विनती है कि ऐसे गन्दे व्यवहार वाले लोगो को इतना बड़ा पद न दे आपकी अति कृपा होगी।

Food taste: poor
I had momos, dosa pav bhaji and Frenchfries and the good part is none of them are in good taste. This is my first and worst experience with bikanervala

Poor service and unhappy about the experience.

I don't understand the point of having things on the menu, if they can't be given to the customer. The entire cold section, when summers has started is unavailable and the service is like the customer is being done a favour.

Like Bikanerwala is doing us a favour for having opened up. And because they are a huge joint we need to suffer for it and let's say we are waiting for our turn which is fine, as we want to eat, but then the service is so poor like they don't care whether a customer comes or not.

Very very very unhappy and sad at the way we were served actually not served and not treated.

Like a government Organization.

Bakwaas खाना, third class preparation. I don't know why this chain is famous. Om Sweets and Harish Bakery in Gurgaon is far far better than this restraunt. Haldiram is also great. Never going to eat in Bikanerwala

I had pao bhaji, French fries, momos and rava plain dosa.

The momos and RAVA dosa were the worst in taste I ever had.

Kind of expensive than haldirams and other restaurants
But, quality of food was excellent.

Went here with my family for lunch.
Tried veg sizzler, chole bhature, pao bhaji, raj kachori, aaloo tikki, chilli potato.
Chole bhature tasted pretty decent.
I personally didn't like anything much.
Everything was average or below average.

If you'd like to order sandwiches please don't go. Have something which they can prepare at the time you give order. I had a bad experience with sandwiches.

The cashier vanished for good 20 minutes. My friend and I had gone with family and had kids. We had to wait for a lot of time to place our order. Worst part, even the management had no clue where cashier was. It ain't cool to leave cash desk unattended and uninformed. It is typical 'CHALTA HAI' attitude.

We ordered veg noodles, spring rolls and tried veg pizza. Noodles and spring rolls are good as always in any outlet of bikanervala but pizza was waste of money. It was burnt and bikanervala must avoid the quality of cheese which they are using right now it was way too hard to eat and yes it was tasteless.
It was my first visit to this outlet i.e. In pvr saket. For pizza i will go for big 0.

Visiting Bikanervala is an excellent experience, while the junior staff is very egoistic yet supervisory staff is very customer friendly. Food always as great as ever.

Very disappointed with Bikanerwala we are your regular customer but after today’s incident we cant trust you.today we purchased coconut orange laddu and we cant believe itne bade brandade restaurant ki sweet se baal nikla.this is not acceptable we will never go again.
