Bikat Adventures

We did the Kedarkantha Trek with Bikat Adventures in December, and it was a Good experience.
While the back office responses were a bit slow, our trek leader, Subhash Sajwan, turned out to be exceptional—knowledgeable, caring, and entertaining, making the trek enjoyable. He took care of everyone's safety and made sure everyone stayed together.

Big shoutout to the team—Shibu, Badam, and Virendra—for serving delicious food, including gulab jamun, shahi tukda, and a fantastic cake for a fellow trekker's birthday. These guys worked really hard with big smiles, trekking with us, setting up camp, and cooking in chilly weather.

The only minor challenge was the tricky location of the guest house—it felt like another mini-trek. But overall, our trek with Bikat Adventures was fantastic. The back office might have been slow, but the on-ground team, especially Subhash, exceeded all our expectations. Great people, tasty food, and an unforgettable experience. Thumbs up!

If there was an option for zero star.i would have opted for that. So unprofessional behaviour is not at all acceptable. Cancelling the Trek and even after months no refund.that is so disgusting.plz be little professional in ur service.

Horrible experience with Bikat. They cancelled trek after reaching basecamp and no refund even after 3 months. Their operations team never respond to calls or emails once payment is done

We had very good experience of dodital trek with bikat adventures team. I should thank Sanjay, Bharath and manu bhai who took really good care of mine especially when shoe got punctured and even they took care very well in all situations overall i thank all the Bikat team

It has been a wonderful experience of my trek in J&K with Bikat adventures. The entire staff on field and back end has always been very helpfull.

Honestly I loved each and everything from this trek, since it was first trek i was bit skeptical. But each members from this trek helped me so much to overcome that. I had fever and tonsillitis while leaving for this trek and i loved to say Nitin one of our trek is actually helped so much. He noticed I had throat issues he just told campsite chef so make kadha for me every noon and night honestly he helped me to recover! And helping me in pushing towards and Pankaj also helped me to push. Both trek leads went beyond to help and I'll thank Nitin personally for helping me out. Jitu Bhai local trek guide helped me to through summit and the food was sooo delicious. While descending I was bit slow and Pankaj was there to push me, and later Nitin joined. I can't thank enough for both of them. It was like family we had lot of fun throughout the journey. I loved each and everything from bikat adventure. People who helped through the trek i can't thank them enough, Ayush or my trek mate who helped carrying bag, and also gave trek poles Sujay and Sandeep who also helped me lot. Each and everyone from trek helped me much i wouldn't have done this trek without all of this people.

I have been trekking with Bikat team since 2020 and the recent one was Dzo Jongo peak expedition. One of the main reasons I keep coming back to Bikat is the professionalism of the trek leaders, their knowledge of the treks, region, terrain and the team. The food has always been great in every trek I have done with Bikat. I am already planning for the next one with Bikat too.

A big thanks to the team, and followed by our expert trek leaders @pachu shetty, @somenath, @Rahul rautela, @pankaj bisht and all of them. They were the best leaders, everyone has shared their valuable time, learning among us. We need such leaders to take our treks to next level. Kudos and cheers to all

Special Mention: Our leader Nitin, who made life saving decision. I got AMS at the summit at 4500m altitude. He quickly decided to leave the group with other leaders and take me down as soon as possible.

I went on Sar pass trek. It was well planned and executed by trek leaders Vijay and Shanu. They are highly professional. Recommend highly:)

For a Group of 11, they provided a team of 3 Trek leaders. That in itself speaks volumes of its professionalism n service. Food, tent every thing was commendable. Special thanks to Trek leaders Parthi, Subhash and Pankaj, the guide. Great going Bikat.

I did Rupin pass with Bikat adventures. Bharat choudhary was out team leader, he was experienced and very involved with the trekkers. He took good care of everyone. This was my first trek and I was solo, so for me things were supposed to be challenging however I met amazing people on the trek and Bharat made the whole experience very memorable. Thankyou Bharat and thankyou team Bikat for such wonderful experience.

Did KGL with bikat and it was the best experience.our guide Shaukat ji, leaders Sanjay and Prajeet guides us the best way possible. All the other staffs were humble and polite. The food was just awesome. Looking forward to trek with Bikat in coming years

Recently I completed Kashmir Great Lakes with them. Services were good, trek leader Nishant was friendly and very helpful. Though I would like some improvements with respect to tents provided, overall experience was good.

It was a wonderful experience, trek leaders where full with energy and very helpful, supporting staff did the best job in whatever ways they can, the participants were amazing we are still on the trip hangover

Went to Deo-tibba base camp trek with bikat. Everything about bikat was great, it may be food, camping, support staff, Trek leader, guidance, sleeping bags everything was perfect. I strongly recommend bikat for your safe and beautiful trek experience!

Did Tosamaidan Greater Lakes Trek and hampta pass trek with bikat adventures this monsoon and had the best experience ever.trek leaders (Hardik, Pankaj, Rakesh) were very helpful and informative. Food was great, tents were in very good condition.

They need to intimate all possibilities of changing the Itinerary at the top without any major weather changes. Trek lead Hardik gave 2 options at Tarsar lake to all participants
1.either keep camp at same spot and go for summit via tarsar Marsar ridge which is easier
2.or go to next camp site and explore Sundarsar lake (which he said is not at all beautiful) and difficult ascend meaning waste of efforts and time

Also he suggested that there were 10 girls in the group of 14, so they won’t be able to complete it. He even reasoned that horses won’t be able to climb up to sundarsar.

Then what’s the point planning itinerary in such a way.

Voting was taken (absurd)
It was kind of big debate situation where we had to stress our mind to make decision.

When I raised questions to Trek lead Hardik about why this was not a option at the time of booking, so out of fear of bad feedback he said he will send 1 guide with me and my partner for the actual Itinerary to follow.
Well if that was the case then I would have gone solo and not with the group.and as he highlighted how tarsar Marsar ridge is much better route, I had no option but go with the group which was little disappointing.

Rest of the trek was amazing.
Whichever places the could explore on this trek were amazing. Nature never disappoints.

The support staff was excellent and the services provided were really good.

Would surely recommend Bikat Adventures to everyone for some out of the box experiences.

Have done 2 treks with them. The overall experience was very good, and the food was very yummy too. One downside is its a bit costlier and also they change campsites without prior notice as per their convenience. It happened to us on both the treks - one campsite in each trek was changed (the altered one was not that good)

First time with Bikat. Happy and satisfied with experience. Enjoyed the trail and had fantastic time with trek group. Trek lead Sanjay made sure we were safe and had good time. Sleeping bags were cozy, this was my 3rd Himalayan trek and finally could sleep well.

What could have been better is the coordination before the trek. If the watsapp group could have been created atleast 25-30 days prior we could have got a chance to plan our stay together or nearby. This was agreed by all my trek mates as well. Highly recommend to start creating watsapp group earlier instead of 10 days before the trek.

Recently we completed KGL trek with Bikat adventures and I am satisfied with the services provided by them. The tent, sleeping bags provided by them are of good quality. Trek leader Zoya is very friendly, helpful and professional. Dinner provided by them was very good, but I was disappointed with the food that was provided during lunch time. Need to improve those. Overall I will look forward to do some more treks with them.

I have recently completed Cycling expedition, Manali to Leh. Bikat has good infrastructure (Cycles and back up vehicle) and an amazing team to make your journey a memorable one. Thanks To Pankaj and his team this trip is itched in memory forever.

Best company for Himalayan Treks!
Trek Leaders like Sanjay R and Suresh are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
In my KGL trek, leaders quickly arranged medical support for a team member.
Local leaders like Aadil are super friendly and co-operative.
On top of that, the food provided on the trek was superb.

This was my first trekking expedition and i’m glad i did it with bikat. The team and hospitality was 5/5. They take great care and are very responsible of their guests. The trek was beautiful and I’d totally recommend bikat to everyone.

This is my second trek (Hampta Pass) with Bikat Adventures it was an experience to remember. Trek leaders Pankaj Pokhariya and Rakesh Reddy were very thoughtful and caring. Right from guiding us through the trail to mapping out alternate plans due to heavy rainfall, they were very efficient and knowledgable. They ensured that all the members were comfortable and never pushed anyone beyond their limits to keep up the pace during the walk. The guide Rohit, although young, seemed quite experienced. The kitchen staff prepared delicious food even in adverse weather conditions and it never fell short. The trek itself was so beautiful that nothing else could divert our minds. And this trek is special for me as I have done it with my mother. Overall, this will be one of my memorable experiences in my lifetime.

Have done a couple of trek with them. The pre trek support can definitely be better, but no complaints from the experience on the trek. Good facilities, small groups that are more agile and fun, good food and great instructors. Hope their backend team becomes more responsive though.

My experience with Bikat Adventures was great! I enjoyed it a lot. This was my first trek (Phulara Ridge Trek). The trek leader Rakesh took care of us and we learned a lot from him. The crews were also very helpful and friendly. The food was good too. The only thing that could have improved is the dining tent. Our dining tent was quite small and very dirty. I think they used kitchen tent as dining tent.

Rest all was good. I'm looking forward for more treks with Bikat soon.

I had a really fascinating expedition experience with BIkat adventures to friendship peak. Loved it!

Bikat is very good organization, I done trekking stok kangari, pangarchulla it was very good experience, and bikat is not like spoon feeding, we'll learn lot of things during Trek, basically bikat will make you professional trekker.

The Phulara ridge trek with Bikat was not just a trek, it was an experience that we all enjoyed. Smooth arrangements throughout, excellent trek guides, such good food at such high altitude, and lifetime of memories- we couldn't have asked for more!

Its was my first trekking experience with an organizer. And I am pleased to say, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The trek leaders were the best part, they were informative and inspiring. My only concerning observation was the sustainability, people already destroy the ecosystem enough by themselves, but providing tetrapack juices and plastic wrapped chocolates everyday was a bit too ignorant imo. I observed food being carried in plastic single use bags among other things. It would be fantastic to see Bikat taking the initiative and educate people about sustainable travel. But again that's subjective opinion some people ask all the exploitive luxury which as a business bikat has to address. Some sort of effort would be greatly appreciated tho. CHEERS

Absolutely love Bikat’s approach to mountaineering. Four stars because there was some confusion about itinerary and organising the team for the climb. Such aspects can definitely be improved.

I went for the Kang Yatse 2 Exped (02nd. October, 2021, batch) with Bikat. Excellent, they were, in every sense of the word. From start to finish. Would recommend Bikat to everyone. I will certainly avail of their services again.

Bali Pass was my first trek with Bikat and my experience has been extremely good. Indrajit Hazra, Naveen Gusain, Kanhaiya, Sunil, all trek leaders were knowledgeable and supportive and they encouraged every participant throughout the trek. All enjoyed delicious hot meals because of excellent kitchen staffs. I am Highly impressed with the trek leads and their involvement with the team throughout the trek duration. Phulara Ridge was my first trek with Bikat Adventures. I am extremely happy with the organization from Bikat's end. The trek was very well organized and the trek leaders and the support staff were the best. It was a wonderful experience! I would love to do another trek with Bikat.

I do believe though that the company should provide trek leaders with essential and quality gear. This would instil confidence in the group. Without company support trek leaders ate left to fend for themselves. Additionally, the sleeping tents were of questionable quality with malfunctioning zippers on multiple tents. I'm sure it can be done better

Really good service and care was taken during the entire trek. Sanjay was our trek leader, he managed very well and efficiently. Entire crew who managed and helped to camp and cook food were really good.

Well if you want to have fun, I would recommend some other trekking company. These guys are uptight, expensive & too fussy. For the money, their service is lacking (especially the food arrangement) & the strict guides don't help.
However the trekking experience was safe, punctual & planned in detail. Special attention was given to beginners & the guides were well equipped to handle any emergency. Trek group size was around 25 & overall it was a satisfactory experience.

The experience with bikat was great on multiple treks I've been with them. The guides are very helpful and motivating and the food they provide is lovely.

I felt really good to be the part of the team. The trek was nicely done. Everything was nicely arranged and managed by trek lead and his companions.

Everything from start to finish was well managed and extraordinary. The Trek Leaders Himanshu Goel and Renu Shukla were very caring and kept checking on my wellbeing during the entire expedition.
I went solo on this trip and made amazing friends. It was my birthday during the trek and the cooking staff made an amazing cake for me which was unexpected.
I am looking forward to do a few more treks with you Bikat.

From experienced and fun loving trek leaders to mouth-watering food arrangement, from learning basics of trekking to tent set up - everything was up to the mark. Services are good. Responsive and helpful staff. Majorly your experience depends upon Trek Guide and leader. I got my trek with Kunju and Kiran. Both were good and helpful.

Super trek/ expedition organizers. Did Kang yatse 2 with them in August 2021, loved every moment of it. They even baked a cake for my birthday at base camp at 17k feet! Cheers!
