Bahut gathiya service ha or jo kam bola wo nahi kiya bahut careless staff ha please koi bhi yah service nahi kary dusri jagah jao wah service achi ho thi ha is se badiya bhara kar la jab company ma service kar na ka bed bhi dekta ho to kat fayda or staff ko tamiz nahi bata kar na ki special Saddam or gadi bhi check kar na nahi athi ha kharab cizz ko bola rah sahi ha to please is service centre par na kar kar kahi or kar lo to jyda sahi rah ga very bed service

We have been visiting this service centre for our FZX bike for last 18 months. Staffs have been cooperative with the resolution of issues. Rekha ma'am guided us about RSA. Overall satisfied with their services.

Never visit this service station. The staff is not professional and you always feel like a highway-side small mechanic stall. You can do better washing at home than these people. Yamaha should also give attention to their service centers. Only sales should not be the target of the company.

I serviced by bike from here and it was good the major problem which i have faced is in parts you have to order it will take more than 1 month to be delivered to you

They will charge you for extended warranty but they won’t have any intention to give you that service any day. Once they get to know that you want a service under extended warranty, they will encourage you to go to other service centre or even make silly excuses like printer is not working or they can’t download the document etc etc

Worst service, untrained mechanics, they charged me 4085 Rs for scooty service. From the next day the issues remain the same.

Timings are weird for service centre. Staff usually appears after 9.30am only even on weekends. This gives lots of chaos. It should be open at 8am atleast on sundays.i have spent 5 hours to get free service of my bike although i reached there before 9am. Owner should see this.

Worst Service Center of Yamaha. Please do not get your bike service there. Staff do not have manner to speak to their customers. Very Very Poor service they provide to their customers. Just for name CCTV is there you don't even know what's happening with your vehicle down there. I am totally unsatisfied from this service center. I won't go there again.

Bht hi ghatiya service, aj k date me jo maneger h 3/7/22 ko usme bht attitude h, he has no professional language and guys to listen to his customers problem he only tells not to listen to others, there is a way to talk about with their customers and everyone has their own business and job i hope you guys don't behave rudely with them,

Worst service and one of your employee Ankush Sharma who do not have manner to handle the customer even he use the unethical words so please make sure if you guys are charging high amt money so please provide the best service. There is no management. Very disappointed

The part you'll gonna need you have to order first and wait for a month.they don't keep inventory updated not even the client data. I serviced my R15 a month ago and after 1 month they are calling me again for service

Ridiculous service They don't have bike palstic parts. I want my yamaha bike saluto head viser, silencer cover, side stand also meter wire they don't have any parts of yamaha bike and who is sitted on parts billing he said sab order karna padega.and if you go to the local dealer also they said you have to order all this things.few time ago I servicing my bike from service center which is situated at d16/4 Okhla New Delhi they put fz race lever in saluto even they don't have lever also.they don't have meter wire very rediculs service found harlere bad service experience.

Even No.plate I installed here. 5 min work I wasted and stuck. 55 min.only drill machine bit was broken.they dnt have 50 ₹ bit to install No.plate.

It take very long time for service and bike Accessories isn't available and services also not good.

Worst service center. Sb chor h manager se lekr mechanic tk. Jo chiz khrab ni h wo bhi khrab btate hai. Hr br bike handle problem, soccer alignment, clutch pate problem yhi sb btate hai. Bike bekar kr dete hai ye ungli kr krke. Inse ache local mechanic hai

NEVER GO THIS SERVICE STATION. BEWAKOOF BANATE HAI.
1. Bike FZ, issue was with self start fuse, fuse get fused after every few days.
2. They kept my bike for 15 days.
3. They change the wiring part from handel which was not required by fooling me.
4. After taking the bike again fuse was get fused during riding.
5. I asked rahul - yamaha executive, he said bike ki puri wiring change kerni padegi sir.
6. THEN I WENT TO MADANGIR, THAT ELECTRIAN TOOK ONLY 5 MIN TO IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM AND FIXED IN 15 MINS AND CHRAGED 100 RS ONLY.
7. Sabse badi baat - jis cheej ki jaroorat bhi nai hai wo bhi kharab ya week bata dete hai.

Very careless work.
I have given my bike R15 yamaha for service on 28th March 2021, during service they have cleared my injectors. Yesterday while riding my bike got off and fuel started flowing out, my whole tank got emptied in middle of road, When I called service center no one gave road side assistance as they have displayed at there service center. Some how I reached another service center of yamaha. Their I have noticed my fuel main tube lock was not properly fixed and air tube was detached from tank, it's ring lock was also not put backed after service.
Due to fuel leak my vehicle may have catch fire for which no one will take responsibility, it's very shameful for such a reputed center showing laps on customer

Very bad.
A time of one and a half hours to put the number plate and after that my bike silence was also damaged.

I had to wait for about 45 minutes for a work of just five minutes and it's not because they all were busy somewhere I faced this problem just because they were just imposing the work on one another.

Well maintained showroom, All Yamaha spare part available here. They have workshop as well. All UPI payment acceptable.

Perfect service station best staff Showroom ka maalik excellent well behave jitni tarif karo utani kum. Customer ke wating area it's very gud like AC, TV, coffee etc sab available.woooooooooooooooww
