Such a shame for serving such a mediocre food. The taste was below standard for that place to be called biryani house.the salan they served along was salty.and guess no one ever made a attemp to taste it prior.the raita served along was too thin and sour like it was from 2 days back.the biryani was all rice and a small.piece of chicken which just brings shame to the place and nothing else.its a total rip off of yr money better have something else than having khushka rice in the name of biryani. SHAME ON YOU BIKKGANE BIRYANI

The food was excellent, but they included an extra service charge. When we inquired and requested a copy of the bill, they said we didn't have to pay it.

Delicious biryani but ordering extras for biryani was not great. I ordered extra egg for egg biryani and they gave me a boiled egg for 20Rs whereas I was expecting masala egg from biryani.

I'm Sorry, but the service is hilarious.
Talking about the food.it was quite okay for biryani lovers.
Talking about the ambience.so called Air conditioning was worse than a table fan.
Talking about the time.taken approx 55 mint to serve a garlic naan and a preparation of paneer.

Nothing good about this restaurant.

I've visited this place, the food is good but their service is lazy as I found they provide you dine-in with less interest as they getting frustrated. To be honest I'm not happy with their behaviour even the staff don't talk with good etiquettes I felt sad with this.

One of the best restaurant in Connaught Place. Taste of biryani is nice. Good service by staffs. Nice ambience also. But in week ends, there are lots of queue. If they arrange chairs in front of restaurant, it will be useful for women's, old age people, children also.

Atmosphere is chill, service is standard and the biryanis (both veg and non-veg) was EXCELLENT and the price is just right. Highly recommend this place for a great rice dish.

A little nice place to have biryani and other non veg food. Malabar paratha and chicken chettinad are some good option if you are not an avid biryani lover. The service though is often clumsy and the place might get crowded in peak hours. Recommended for biryani lovers

I ordered chicken boneless biryani & egg curry today.both biryani & egg curry quality was very bad.
Quality & quantity of egg curry was very bad and less.
Raita was only 5 small spoons & gravy of egg curry was very less
According to price both quality & quality was not worth it.
You must think before ordering from this restaurant.

One of the best Biryani you can find in CP. If you are in CP and just want to have meal then I don't think anything is better than this. Must try their Paneer 65 biryani.

The restaurant even charges for there service which is basically discretionary on consumer hand.
Even the biryani don't have any pieces of chicken, one one leg piece in one servings, even after saying that the biryani shouldn't be spicy they make that spicy. Recently had very bad experience, although i am student of law and know our basic consumer right and was able to reduce the charges that they levied charges for the service, even they are not afraid of imposing charges which are not legally valid and not at all complementary.
I will surely report them in consumer forum for the inadequate extra charges they are charging for filling there pockets.

Nice tasty food. Closest taste of hyderabadi biryani that you can find in Delhi. Boneless Mutton Biryani for Rs. 1499/- is good enough for 5 people to eat bellyful.

I am fan of Hyderabadi biryani. Simple word you won’t be disappointed when you enter and eat. Decors is below average but when your food speaks then you don’t find actual remarks for ambience. They have amazing Dum biryani and chicken 65. Treat

Bikkgane biryani is an authentic hyderabadi biryani. They have huge varieties of biryani. You can get both vegetarian and non-vegetarian biryani. The biryani which I ordered was average. The raita and salan which was served with the biryani was also average. The prices are little bit high in comparison of quality. We’ve been eating in this restaurant since 3 years and never this biryani has disappointed us, but this after Covid time the quality has changed from upper tier to lower middle tier. The overall experience is good but the only thing they need to work on is the taste, the taste from which they managed to astonish us in the past time. The services are good, ambiance is okay. Overall it’s a good place.

We tried tandoori chicken The taste was awesome.
Hyderabad dum biryani was okay and then we ordered butter chicken biryani this is the pathetic food I have ever tried. Should try basic things not all.

Hygiene is very good maintained here. You don't have to pay any extra charges. But I don't like the taste of the Biriyani.

Bikkgane biryani used to be a good place for biryani. But now, don't even think of going there. They will serve you contaminated water, cold cancelled swiggy/zomato orders served in your plate, worst portion size, and everytime varying pathetic biryani taste. Cleanliness concept doesn't exists, and moreover, they will argue with you on anything, which you might have to complain or say. Strict 'No' for this place.

The food was very delicious…specially biryanis…. As good as Hyderabad…. But they r levying service charge.which is not so good… Try to Takeaway ur food to avoid such charges… so giving 4star

The Biryani was awesome, real authentic Hyderabadi Biryani. I gave it 4 stars only because I felt the starter (chicken lollipop) I ordered was not up to the mark and slightly overpriced.

2. Nice place to stop by for biryani and other non-veg cuisines.

3. Dinner for two would cost somewhere around Rs. 500 - 600

4. Staff is polite and helpful

5. Ambience of this place is like 3/5, it's nothing great to boast of yet it is a nice place

We ordered Chicken Hyderabadi biryani and in every bite it was delicious. Although, the chicken pieces in a full plate was just 2 which is very less. But the blend of spices was very different from the rest places I ever had.

The ambience and the service was very nice. I would to visit them again.

If you are wanting authentic Biryani taste, this is the place. Speciality is the salan, that they serve complimentary with Biryani. Beautiful ambience, nice staff behaviour and food taste is mouth watering

Good place for people who love biryani. Only issue is ambience and sitting arrangements. Very congested place to eat with a group of four or five. The place needs maintenance. Otherwise food is good.

The hotel was so crowd. Late delivery. We ordered Hyderabadi chicken 65 briyani and honey chilly potato.the first spoon of briyani was good.but at the last spoon we do not have that much of finger licking.but honey chilli potato was amazing.a sweet nd spicy side dish

Absolutely love the biriyani and the chettinad chicken which is spicy and delicious. The taste of biriyani here is more suitable to my palette than other places.
During lunch time, prior to covid, there was a lot of rush at the restaurant.

In the parcel pack they gives very small Pieces of mutton hidden in the layer of rice.and also not provide extra onions! Behaviour of staff was also rude. Quality of biryani average in the given cost.

Briyani taste was good however, pieces of biryani are very large and impossible to eat. Instead of large pieces, you should put small or medium pieces just like in boneless biryani.

Decent place, decent taste. I tried Mutton biryani which was fine. However, I expect the chilli chicken to be (green) Andra styled, which was not the case. It was a normal Indo-Chinese one just much chillier than usual. Overall: ok to have lunch in if you are around.

Bikkgane biryani first time I tried.

First n foremost the meat was very tender, moist n soft.

Liked it pretty much.

But biryani was lacking the authentic taste it should had so I would say it was so so additionally it's expensive though maybe it's in Cannaught place that's y!

Perfect taste. I was looking for biryani of this taste since long and found this place. Drawback They have roof of leaking in rain, service is good but we asked for some dish chicken Hyderabadi Biyani Handi as we wanted to taste, they said it will take 40 mnts at least so we chose to order standard chicken biryani.

Also there is problem beggers try to enter and peaking into the glass of the reastaurant and is very disappointing. I don't know weather it's normal in CP restaurants at ground floor.

Also they have put some pictures on the wall with no description. Mind twisting, I could not figure out the pictures what they except Hyderabad Charminar one of them.

Should try this restaurant as it's taste of biryani with servings is good.

If you are a foodie.and really wanna taste the real recipe of Hyderabadi biriyani, and never mind to wait a little bit, Then go to Andhra Bhawan, near Ashoka road, India Gate (but unfortunately Only in sundays)

It's just waste of money. They just serve you a mixture of rice and left over potatoes in veg Biryani. If you are here to enjoy true Biryani taste then you are at wrong place. It's a genuine review after visiting that place twice. I wish I could have saved my hard earned money.

First time to Delhi, went to have a Hyderabadi biriyani recommended by my friend. Being from South India I didn't keep much expectation with this one. Ordered chocken 65 biriyani a family pack one sice we were 6 people and was damn hungry as hell. We also ordered kebeb as a starter. The kebeb was hot and spicy, The presentation was good. Thwn came the chicken biriyani, to my surprise the biriyani was awesome it had Chicken sliced into small pieces and had eggs on top of it in a big steel pot. The service was awesome as he served for all of us. The rice was keema rice and even after we all ate there were some rice left.

Biryani is Authentic and Delicious. Words cant justify the heavenly tasty Biryani that they serve.

Food at this place is heavenly. Boneless Mutton Biryani, Boneless Chicken Biryani, Mutton Kebabs, even the veg version is amazing.

5star for food but the ambience that to AC is not at all cool also lack in cleanliness. Please keep cash in hood amount as there swipe card machine network is not too good.they might ask you to pay in cash

Bikkgane biryani situated in cannaught place is a good choice for both vegetarian and non veg biryani lovers. The place is connected by metro as well as has parking options available nearby. If you are reaching for lunch there may be a waiting time of upto 30 minutes after 1PM

Modifying my review after today's visit
We waited for around 20 minutes outside the restaurant and the staff seemed least bothered to get people adjusted. There was delays in service including billing. Food quality was not good as it used to be. They served sour curd in place of raita. Biryani was over salted and over cooked. Greavy smelled burnt. Overall not a good experience today.

Asli Hyderabadi. I went there on week days, so got table pretty soon. Chicken lollipops were delicious. But desserts mentioned in menu were not available. Felt like table for two was small. My 5 star rating is for tasty food, quick service and ambience.

Good place to eat. But choose your menu carefully and make sure you are ordering what you really want to eat. Must ask about the food that you order. AC malfunctioning seems to be a recurrent problem at this otherwise nice place.

We just had food at your restaurant at connaught place. We had the worst experience. Seekh kebab were extremely dry and burnt. No flavour, no smell. Tasted stale. Still we didn't complain. Then We ate 1 and a half pieces of Malai paneer and found it tasteless also. We called waiter and told him the problem and asked him to check with chef and get us paneer tikka instead. He said you will only get two pieces as you ate 2 pieces. HOW RIDICULOUS! Never in our life any restaurant has said so! This is very shameful on your part! We ordered butter naan that we didn't get at all! We got gravy for biryani which was absolutely cold and we had to ask them to warm it up. Biryani was avergae. Got 1 small piece of chicken and rest dry rice.

Not only food was disappointing but service was REALLY BAD. None of your staff smiles. They are rude and have no manners about how to deal/talk to a customer especially if customer is having a bad experience. Even the person on the door was so rude and doesn't know how to politely talk.

Absolutely waste of money and time. You are charging service tax without even mentioning it outside!

Delicious Biryani. Chicken well-cooked, Lots of varieties for a Biryani lover. A bit cozy, of short space but other than that it’s Awesome! Must try it.

Their boneless biryanis are good. They have toned down the spiciness of their biryani for the local audience. So it's not authentic Hyderabadi. Yet it's a good place to hangout for heavy filling biryanis. Order a full plate and it will be sufficient for 2

Muttom biryani is awesome.but sahi tukda is little expensive.over all good experience.there is no online or telephonic booking you have reach their and book on the spot, so over all context is.you have to wait 15 min for 2 people, for 4 and more 25 to 40 min. Waiting

Great place for biryani. I had veg biryani though, which i did not like much. But else great atmos. And one more thing. There is almost every time a waiting.

This place is always full & you have to wait outside while the seats get vacant. Secondly, I don't like the way they serve. I mean that is something they should really work upon. The food is okay. I wouldn't really prefer it the bext time. I mean there are better places for Biryani.

Very authentic taste. Even vegetarian people get good and tasty options here. A bit crowded due to its fame hence go a bit earlier and get your table booked early.

Noisy place, very loud. Absolutely unsuitable for people wanting a quiet meal and a conversation.

This place is more suited for people who don't mind noisy environment. The music is loud and since the dining hall is large the sound gets echoed along with the sound of people eating and talking.

The food is not authentic Hyderabadi cuisine as they claim, the mutton Biriyani we found was mixed with chicken which I found rather strange.

The waiters were mostly novices, they don't understand even the most basic questions, most of them just look around and gape at customers.

Itz way bad I skd dm for raaita n there behavior was quite absurd. They ve mentioned add on charges for chicken/mutton but dy r charging implicitly for extra raaita for which dr Z no stating in d menu.

Nothing can be a better than a boneless fried pieces chicken biryani here! I have tried every dish here and i can vouch for most. Chettinad chicken in gravy dishes is a must try. Chicken 65 and andhra chicken fry pieces are well to start the mela course. For dessert double ka meetha will leave you spellbound for long!

I have tasted the mutton biriyani which was quite spicy. Half (1/2) is enough for single person, so plan and order accordingly. Enjoy the Hyderabad style.

I would say I loved the biriyani of this place. I haven't taken any better biriyani in Delhi.the smell, look and taste was impressive.would love be to go again.the price is also fair

Be careful to review the bill. You will end us paying service charge of 10%. I saw that, confronted, manager came running to apologise. That was my second encounter in a month!

This restaurant is located on BABA KHARAK SINGH MARG and near to CP. I was giving 4 star rating not because of there foods menu but because of there some sitting area which is so compact. In this outlet busy day is Saturday and sunday. Peak hours was 2pm to 11 pm and overall waiting period is round about 30-45 mins. Like there restaurant name is say BIRYANI is awesome either chicken or mutton both are awesome. Whenever I visit this restaurant firstly i am ordering ANDHRA CHICKEN CURRY WITH butter Naan. This is awesome. All of you try this without any confusion, u shall definitely shock with there taste. Biryani was awesome without any doubt. U can choose some stater like lemon chicken was my favourite. Overall good ambiance, better staff with awesome tastefully food.
