First of all if you show interest in any property, they will just try to hurry up the situation so that you give them the money asap, from there they will take no responsibility if there is any problem with the room. It was a horrifying experience with them as they threatened me to vacate the room before time so that they can give it to someone else. They are very selfish and will ask for money even for the free police verification. As an advice just don't go there, you will find rooms on your own.

Caution to all prospective clients: These individuals are unparalleled fraudsters. Approach with extreme care. They withhold crucial details initially and concoct myriad reasons to overcharge when you choose to vacate. Their behavior is marked by rudeness, impoliteness, and even threats if you resist their malpractice.

There people are number 1 fraudsters. Be careful if you are contacting them. They will not give you all the details beforehand and if you decide to vacate the room afterwards they’ll make up a thousand reasons to charge you extra. They are very rude, impolite and they will even threaten you if oppose their malpractice. Do not fall for their sweet talk when you contact them at the beginning. “You are warned guys” I am writing this with our experience with them.
