Biryani Blues

Delicious. Yummmmmmm. I had tried paneer biryani it was heaven.actually made with lots of concentration. Great balance of spices yummy rayta. It was nicely packed and very hot when i received. A very special thanks to chef jatin.

Pros:
1) Packing was good.
2) We had ordered 2 biryanis (via zomato) and got a combo price discount which was a positive.
3) Food quantity is also fine.
4) Veg biryani taste is decent although taste is a subjective topic and might vary from person to person.

Cons:
1) The second biryani was egg biryani and I was expecting the the 'Egg biryani' would taste better than veg biryani but to my surprise the egg biryani totally broke my trust, it could not be categorized as a 'Biryani' from any angel (not atleast any north Indian type). It looked like they took 2 boiled eggs and mixed some leftover gravy in the rice and packed for the customer. So if it's same everyday then I won't recommend anyone to order egg biryani from this place.
2) If we pay ₹200-300 for a biryani then we can atleast expect sliced onions as salad, that was missing.

Conclusion:
The first impression for me was not good about Biryani blues, maybe other biryanis are good in taste but I am never going to order egg biryani again from Biryani blues

Ordered Paneer 65 biryani from Biryani Blues and it was so so delicious. Hara bhara kebab was also very soft and tasty. The overall aroma of the food was amazing.
Loved every bit of it.
Totally recommended.

I really loved the chicken Lucknowi biryani.its flavourful and has boneless pieces

Also tried Hyderabadi biryani which has 2 leg piece in single plate awesome and tasty

I ordered biryani from biryani blues, and it's totally bad, rice is uncooked and it has completely bland flavour and chicken is also dry

They made a mistake on online order but owned up and corrected it. Zomato was unhelpful but these guys helped on personal level. Thank you.

Today I ordered Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani. It's taste was very bad, too salty, meat and rice too dry. It was not coming off my throat. Ordering from biryani blues mean's waste of time, money and food. Rice quantity is low and meats 2 small pics highly 30 to 50 grams. Better to go to Bahrooz and Biryani By Kilo.

And yes I am giving 1 because raita is good.

I had ordered
paneer biryani handi
Dessert - Gulab jamun, choclate brownie nut, Double ka meetha!
Firstly I would say they are taking proper precautions in this covid pandemic situation
They delivered food on time & food packaging was good too!
(1) paneer biryani handi - it was soo tempting & totally worthy as a quantity & quality as well!
It was Properly cooked made with marinated paneer cubes & long grain rice!

Double ka meetha is also known as shahi tukda
Soaked in hot milk with saffron over it!
It was a wonderful experience for me to have tasty food after a long time at home!
Next time I will order some other dishes as well!
