Products are genuin (which others too have) but very costly.

They don't have respect for any customers if i believe so, one of their salesman spoke in a rude manner that i gave missed calls and thereafter refused to quote the price on call. In such case they don't have courtesy and don't even know how to talk. I have also seen number of comments in a derogatory manner against the post sales feedback.

Dear BKS Motors i am not expecting rosy response sitting on couch unexpectedly i had false hope that my queries will be entertained in appropriate way, such wordings are enough to reflect that they don't value time of customers and find it easy to comment anything. So mind your words and write carefully, Due to good business they don't value customer's. I will also visit your store so that your perception which you hold against customers should be very well responded to, and users must read this review for reference so that they can save their time and reputation and read their reply how they are mocking customers with a sarcastic reply.

Mostly spare parts available there.
They don't give discount whatever thing u purchase.
And if returns it even within 15 mins they will deduct large amount within that part.

Great place for all types of auto parts.

Price are likely more in comparison with local market.
But the good thing is that you can get all the accessories under one roof

I purchased fuel pump for my i10 1.2, and when i come back home and installed it, i saw that fuel gauge was broken, very bad

All spare parts are available but prices are not fixed/genuine. Prices can be negotiated. Behavior is also not good towards the customers.

As of my personal experience, you should go to other shops at kashmere gate to purchase original spare parts at reasonable rates. BKS motors will sell you a cheap quality spare at a
very high rate.

This is worst place to buy the car spare parts, They sell duplicate spare parts when asked for original.
I really had bad expierience with this shop.
Few days back I purchased Oil cooler assembly and Oil cooler I requested sells men to provide the original part as I am not worried about money but worried about realibility of part. BKS motors confirmed me that parts are genuine and original.post which I got both the parts installed in my car and this repair work cost me 20,000. After 1 week Oil assembly got leaked and Engine oil was flushed out so called BKS motors and checked about warranty to which they replied once item is out of shop there is no warranty so I was helpless.
This time I got the car repaired from Agency and they charged me 10000 INR. So guys do not believe this shop you will be thuged.

Pathetic behaviour of employee KARAN, Overrated PRICES, RUDE behaviour. They may have everything but they don't know business ethics.
If you talk about the products they will sell you IMPORTED products saying GENUINE as if customer is uneducated.
Better go to the other shop adjacent to them. Almost HALF the PRICES.

Pathetic customer service. Rude behaviour. You can see even in the revert by by owner on the customer reviews. They are always right and customer is always wrong. Highly overpriced.
You can buy each and everything from VINNY shop on the left of BKS.
Selling IMPORTED parts claiming GENUINE. Very soon the brand will loose its identity.

U can easly get spare parts of any car but yes owner should improve his attitude towards customer,

To much crowded not good in customer dealing product non refundable even if they give wrong or faulty item. They denied to refund it. I purchased aprrox 25k parts from here and they denied to change the wrong given item worth of 1k not happy with this type of customer service

Good place to buy genuine spare parts but remember you have to ask for genuine parts before purchase.

They are fraud and cheater. I purchased Ac condenser for my car Datsun go, at the first place they gave a wrong AC condenser which doesn't fit on ny car, I get it replaced and the worst thing happened they gave me a defected AC condenser which was chocked. Upon confronting, they straight away refused to exchange or refund my money.
They provide cheap Chinese products by saying original. Don't trust them. I'll never purchase anything from BKS.

But they did not attend their customers properly or we can say that they did not have time for the customer.

The place is very good to get all the stuff for your car including suspension, bearing, side mirrors and other spare parts. They also deals in car accessories.
The only thing you have to be careful about is that sometimes they offer cheap quality and gives you assurance but soon after purchasing the stuff, they may back out.
Also they are not up for any kind of bargain even if you buy a lot of stuff from them, it's quite possible that they won't offer any discount at all. So, keep that in mind before visiting.

Spare parts for many cars are available here however you can get a better price if you go to the market at the backside of the main road.

Genuine and Generic Spare Parts at Reasonable Price. Try getting there early as it gets a lot busier during the afternoon.

I bought some parts for my car from bks motor. They probably did not have those parts. He said that left and right parts are same parts, but on different sides are different parts.parts no are 54830-B4000 and 54840-B4000 they sale me 2nos of 54830-B4000.

Great place for spares for all major car brands in India. Do carry a photo of part or part number along.prices are really competitive and on lower side.

Im from bangalore i was looking for a cruze grille many place for past 1 month and no one responded properly. But bks i just called and Miss Usha attended me very patiently and responded me very well and with in 3 hours she had dispatched also.
I really appreciate her way of handling customer and good supportive human for her 5 star is very less minimum it should be 10 stars

One of the Busiest shop of Kashmere gate as you get almost every spare here but be little cautious while comparing genuine products.

I liked this place. They all genuine parts of cars. Owner is very polite. I recommend this place to buy original parts for your car.
