I love it so much and also pretty fast delivery in just a week! Going through the past reviews it was unexpected

Disappointing experience. I am still awaiting delivery for my order that was place a month ago. The email support is pathetic, rather there is no support. Nobody picks the call at their customer care number. First they confidently assure they'll issue a refund for delay in delivery, then they abscond. This business should be flagged as a fraud with the consumer protection authorities.

Placed an order a month ago and was provided estimated delivery time of 15-20 working days. It's been a month and I have still not received my order. The website does not even provide an option to cancel order. This is the first time I placed order from Blinglane but the experience has been worst and would never suggest anyone to order from here.

I have shopped from BlingLane a few times now and absolutely love their collection and quality. However, their customer service is the worst. Even after sending them Instagram DMs, emailing them, filling up the contact form and calling them several times I only managed to get through to them in a week’s time. They never respond or call you back (as it announces on their IVR).
I placed an order on 29th Oct and finally received it on 27th Nov. This is fine and fairly acceptable. The problem begins here - when I informed them that the ear-cuffs are defective (both of the same ear) as a solution I was informed that they’ll create a return and then pick up the item first and once it reaches their warehouse is when they’ll ship me another pair. PREPOSTEROUS! Can you imagine how insufferable this is whole fiasco is. As a customer, you pay in time and energy for their lack of quality check as a business. While I type this, my request is still under review.

Loved the love bands so much.
Perfect design, meaning, comfort and quality. The style is elegant, cute and quite unique.

Gifted my Girlfriend this amazing piece of Jwellery. Kudos to Blinglane! Really Loved the necklace.

Its a Scam.order placed preivous month still not received the order hence there is no revert from the company's end. So beware please do not order any thing from this website.

I love the jewellery from Blinglane! The quality is awesome and the designs are unique and pretty! It's been 3 years to one of my necklaces from Blinglane and the colour and shine is still like it is new.

Ordered placed in may still no delivery no update no reply even on email how ever good the product might be this kinda customer service and delivery time definitely not worth it…. Please DO NOT ORDER.and not recommend to anyone to buy from this brand.in my opinion they are just collecting donations

Very dissatisfied with their service indeed! Recieved my order after more than a month, moreover recieved the wrong one! Had ordered ring for men! But recieved the counterpart, tried contacting the team but no response at all. I mailed so many times, not even one reply! Will never order from this site ever again.

The products are beyond perfection. I bought trice. Will buy again till too old to operate the phone. One thing I want to say that they take 1 month to deliver. That's a disappointment. But after receiving the product you will just forget about everything. So minimal so good quality and very much comfortable. Also the packaging is sooo good. Super happy.and damn satisfied

Their product quality is amazing and the packaging is just wow. Took me exactly 1month to get my product from Hong Kong Warehouse but it was worth the wait. They kept me updated with every things going on. I'll recommend this company 101 out of 100.

The order is shipped from HK and took about a month to reach (made worse by COVID I suppose). Love the earrings - the make is perfect, very thoughtful package - they provide a polishing cloth and extra studs

The font size on the pendant, is extremely tiny for personalized pendant. No option on the website for font size. Not at all the same, as on the pictures shown on the website. Chain broke after one use.

Thank you for responding to the above comment. As per your return policy: We cannot return customized/personalized products, which is understandable. So I could not return this as there was no option. However, place more information with regard to dimensions that are applicable for customization & share relevant pictures/videos. Since the dimensions you mentioned below was not mentioned anywhere in the description, I did not have the option of making an informed decision here. It would be helpful if you mention these details in your description to guide customers before they place their orders.

This is a scam. Don't purchase. They don't ship. Just gives different reasons everytime and this goes forever. Customer support has stopped responding me for the last 5 days. (they promise support within 24h). And it's been 1.25 months since my order (37th day) and the order is not yet shopped.

As per I just received the product, packaging is wonderful and about the product, it's as like as shown in the picture. And about quality of the product I can tell after wearing it ️

I bought your heart drop earrings and these are a staple for me now! I can’t go a day without them.the quality and design is impeccable.my only complaint is that the packaging is not sustainable so if you could do that then you’d be the best!

Quite happy with the quality of the products. The prices and the variety of products are great too! Packaging is superb as well. The only disappointment is longish delivery. Everything else is seamless.

Blinglane is a wonderful place for jewelry. The designs are unique and elegant, but topping that, what won my heart is their priceless service. I had purchased a ring from them, but a few weeks later, a gem came out of it. I reached out to the Blinglane team. They were prompt in their service and offered me a free repair. I had placed my order in Dec 2019. The delivery date has passed by. No information yet. A little frustrated. Everytime I send a mail, I get an automated response. Not reachable on phone. I am wondering if I have been taken for a ride.

It's a beautiful design.yet to wear it though.but impressed by the way it stands out from other cliche designs.hope I don't get rashes after wearing it as it's Sterling silver.

I am really disappointed with the service and delivery. I ordered a product on 28th Dec and it got delivered on 6th Feb and then also wrong item is delivered. I wrote an email to customer care but no reply and now i got to know that the product I ordered is not available. Such a pathetic customer service.

New Edit:
My first order was handled very well, delivered almost on time, and the support replied to every email I sent them.
I ordered another ring on 4th of January and the expeceted date of delivery was 26th of Jan, and almost a month later, it still shows that it's in transit. The support hasn't replied to my emails ever since.
I'll edit my review once I get this resolved. It's already been 1.5 months and is still in transit ever since.

Ordered a ring for my friend and she loved it. It took a month to deliver to my country and get through the customs, but they handled everything. I recommend this website.

I needed a cute pair of earrings for my earlobe piercing and blinglane had it and I love the pair of butterfly earrings so much ️.

I had ordered a Sterling Silver Ring. When I opened the box, I'm so much impressed with the packaging quality of the jewellery & The ring is as shown as their website picture.
The only thing is the delay of delivery date, but honestly I appreciate it for that imported jewellery. Hope to get better experience next time.

It took about 25+ days to get the earrings delivered. With the email responses to get the regular updates I am really happy with the customer service. Loved the packaging as well as the earrings.

Very very disappointed with the delivery dates.
I placed my order on 3rd of December with 2 items,
One was a earring and another personalised ring. Personalized order delivery dates were 2nd Jan.
Earrings were supposed to reach by 24th of December and i wanted send it as gift on 25th with hubby who was travelling abroad. I tried contacting them several times and no proper response. After messaging them through messenger, it got the delivery of earrings on 30th December, which was 6 days delayed. On 31st i again called to customer care to confirm my personalised order will reach by 2nd. And they say it will not be delivered on 2nd also.
Even that was a gift which i had to take with when i travel on 3rd. Both the gift got wasted and my money is lost. They have not taken any action yet. Very very disappointed service.

I have no words to explain how happy I am with Blinglane.quality of the products are really nice and the packaging is worth dying for.extremely helpful customer service and have adequate knowledge about the products and client handling.only one request pls make the delivery fast so that we can order more.other than delivery every thing is absolutely amazing
