If the delivery guy doesn't want to deliver, they'll cancel their order saying that customer wasn't around for pickup, when infact the delivery guy didn't even give one phone call. Sad state of affairs of these people.

Worst Service I have ever seen.the man in Naraina office confirmed courrier of my scooty on 27 Aug. So in the next day (28 aug) morning I took my scooty to there at 8: 30 and got packed by a local boy. The counter opened at 11 am and the man made 2-3 phone calls and told me that I need to handover the scooty to their warehouse. How can I took my scooty which is packed as consignment. Lastly I left the counter without doing and by this irresponsible action of the counter boy I was about to miss.my fligt to Kerala. I managed it and I lost 400/- which paid for packing and valuable time also. Plz avoid using the service of Naraina counter.

Located in the community centre of Naraina Industrial Area. One of the reputed courier service in India. Bit costly but reliable service from these guys

Blu dart is very poor service Im not happy with blue dart service.very pathetic service.
