I requested them to pick a 100+ kg parcel for domestic shipping from home on 26th January. No other courier service was picking up phone or was ready to ship on a public holiday but this courier service not only responded hastily but picked up and dispatched the order on the same day and it was safely received at the destined place on time. Highly recommended service

Terrible service. Do not use. Initially responsive and makes false promises on delivery dates / times. Once money is taken, slow to respond and takes no accountability on delayed deliveries (over 5 days).
