Poor service

The first thing I want to say is that Blue Dart Express is one of the worst delivery companies in my area Mohan Estate, It shouldn't be in this business.
My package was undelivered or not handover to me. The package was held 2 times and sent back to the shipper. Even after being present at the address 2 times and showing delivery code. The delivery executive didn't even check my ID card, I had the same address to which the package was going to be delivered.

This type of delivery service could not grow.

Please make sure to ship your packages with other delivery services, the blue dart's service is the worst. I have received broken products many times.

They dont have manners. Their delivery agents are very rude and refuse to deliver packages. Poor hospitality

Pathetic service i had ordered one product 1 month ago and still the service guys are unable to track the same never ever again will order from these guys!
Mohan Co Op Indl Area worst service ever!

Worst service by bluedart Mohan estate. My debit card currier was not delivered stating that consignee's address incomplete, landmark needed. They didn't even called me. When I called to their office no so that I can collect my currier personally. The ring goes on but nobody picks the phone. I don't know why online sale company make them currier partner.

Very-very bad experience, no respect for customer. Delivery boys are very arrogant and not at all supportive. No idea how to behave.

Worst experience by bluedart. I ordered two shirts from Lifestyle app and I got one order and did not got second order. On tracking it's showing that my address is not correct. If my address is not correct then how i got one product? Written mail to bluedart but no reply. Pathetic service by them. Their customer care call number is always not reachable. I will not recommend any one to use bluedart.

दोस्तो ये व्यक्ति ब्लू डार्ट कोरियर में काम करता है, अधिकतर लोगों के साथ चीटिंग करता है कोई भी ऑफिशियल डॉक्यूमेंट से संबंधित पार्सल को ये डिलीवर नही होने देता है और कोई भी बहाना बनाके बापिस कर देता है और ये कहता है की आपका एड्रेस गलत है, पार्सल बापिस होने के बाद भी ये झोठमूट का काल करके लोगो के साथ मजाक करता है और बोलता है की आपका कोरियर आया है इसे कहा डिलीवर करना है और एड्रेस पूछ के कॉल काट देता है, फिर इससे बात करना चाहे तो फोन नही उठाता है।कहीं आपके साथ भी तो ऐसा नहीं कर रहा है ये, यदि ऐसा है तो इसे अधिक से अधिक शेयर करके लोगो को सावधान करें।
