Bad service and delivery boy misbehave
Not pick call and not correct answer after my ask

Delivery boys do not visit the place and write consignee shifted.
Very poor services for delivery, when you have an important document coming in they take it lightly.

First time I was interacting with a blue dart customer service executive who is handling the customer service counter at Rohini sector -11. I had to visit the blue dart office for an important consignment. Initially, he (Nitin) did not pay attention to me. I requested him to give me the contact details of the delivery agent & if you can't disclose his identity or contact number then please arrange an early delivery of my consignment. But his response was very rude & unprofessional. These types of executives just trying to malign the image of the blue dart.

The service is really great. The product from Ship Rocket takes years to deliver. But, they just deliver it in just a few days.

Unlike what people have said in their reviews my experience was pretty good. Mr Nitin at the counter was efficient and very polite. Guess people would be better off seeking him for their needs.

Pathetic courier service i have been waiting for my package for 6 days registered a complaint nobody cares

They are just pathetic. They take over a week to deliver a packages within same city and customer care just gives you false promises.
