Their delivery boys use abusive language with females on call And harass them. And scammers haven't delivered my parcel

Good, quick service. Really supportive and trained staff. Aadesh is the guy who is customer facing and really good in his work. I will give him and his branch 5 star ratings.

Very bad service their delivery boys harrass female customers they have no manners and he refused to give me my prepaid parcel and used abusive language.

Very reliable courrier service, so far in my experience.
But.only if u r willing to pay a lot amount.

Blue dart service is very bad.
Staff behavior is not acceptable. I'm not happy with staff behavior and way of talking. Sanjeev Kumar and Om prakash both behavior is not good.

The no. Provided is spam no. They are asking for money to deliver my product eventually they are fraud not from bluedart.take action about those comments.

There is no customer care support and no customer care no available online & even toll free not working.people need counseling even they never find the exact address to make eager to ask somebody to know the name and address of correct person's to deliver the courrier and last they says address not found.

Learning: expensive courier service in India but not values of efficiency and correct fast support to delivered the courrier.cheap kind of labour they will hire.need good training and counseling of tast force and management.

Worst courier service. They are highly unprofessional, don't pick calls, pathetic customer care service. I still haven't got my order which was supposed to come on 17th. No matter how many times you escalate it will never gets any response.

Well known courier service provider. Just be sure they charge your package on basis volume of the box if that is higher even if your actual weight is lower than that.
Might sound but unfair, that's how business is.
