The most pathetic customer service ever. They don't respond to customer problems. Don't bother to send someone to attend. Day after day you keep calling and they will keep stalling. Worst service ever.
Even after taking the complete payment of three months they disconnected after every month. When go to complain they ask for payment again. Everytime they need to be reminded that the payment of three months was already done. This happens every month.
Very dirty service: No one gives proper answer. Too much arrogance. If the recharge is over, there is no information, just disconnect the connection. I don't recommend to other.
I’ve had their so called fibre connection for quite some time now. In the first month it used to work perfectly but soon after it started fluctuating. The speed was mostly down. Sometimes the wifi didn’t work for a day or two.
The worst part about their service is that they don’t answer phone calls and even if they do (Once in a blue moon) they don’t have anyone who they can send to resolve the issue. And I have seen them ignore calls like you can literally visit their shop and see for yourself. They just let it ring.
Trust me if you’re looking for a new broadband connection this should in the bottom of your list
I’ve added a screenshot as well so that you guys can see. I let me tell you I have a 100 Mbps Fibre Connection with them. And in the screenshot you can see the speed I’m getting. And this was the speed I was getting the entire day. Tried to call them but as I told you earlier they don’t answer. Like Ever!

Poor Service, Not responsible about complaint, Complaint done today 08 August 2021 but not done after several reminders & shop was closed without sort out complaint. Sunday total Waste due to all of this. Field boy not coming to collect money on time. Even one day without payment no cable will be displayed then why customer suffer even one hour.
I do not recommend this internet provider. Poor service. They do not pick the call. Do not provide the support on time. Even the internet is not stable. Internet Speed fluctuates. I wish i could rate this 0 star.
Pathetic internet service providers. No customer support. Wifi does notwork for days and no response to complaints. DO NOT GET THIS. I would recommend HATHWAY instead.atleast they respond.

ब्लू स्टार इंटरनेट सर्विस एक साल तक ठीक थी बल्कि बहुत बढ़िया थीं, लेकिन जनवरी 2019 से इनकी सर्विस इतनी बेकार हो गयी है के अब तो ये सोच रहा हु के किसी ओर इंटरनेट सर्विस प्रोवाइडर से कनेक्शन लगवा लू, इनके ऑफिस में फोन करो तो कोई फोन नही उठा ता, कंप्लेंट रजिस्टर करने के लिए पूरा दिन इनको फोन करना पड़ता है तब जा के कहि कंप्लेंट रजिस्टर होती हैं, कंप्लेंट करने के बाद भी अब तो दो - तीन दिन तक इनका कोई रेस्पॉन्स नही मिलता जबकि ये पहले कम्पलीट करने पर उसी दिन आते थे पर अब नही आते, अब तो कम्पलेंट करने के दो दिन बाद इनको फोन करो तो ये कहते हैं आपकी कम्पलेंट रजिस्टर ही नही हुई है दुबारा कम्पलेंट लिखवाओ, मेने 50mbps का प्लान 1950₹ देकर चार महीने का प्लान लगवाया पर अब मेरे ये पैसें वेस्ट हो गए है । में ब्लू स्टार वालो से यही कहूंगा के अपनी सर्विस को बेहतर करिये ओर इस गलतफेमि मे न रहे के केवल आप ही बलजीत नगर में इंटरनेट सर्विस दे सकते हैं, निकट भविष्य में हर घर मे इंटरनेट कनेक्शन होगा ओर जो अच्छी सर्वीस देगा वही टिकेगा
Always getting the slow speed as if you paid for 50 mbps, or even 100 mbps. No one can care for your service. No one response good at phone call. They ignore always your call.if they received the call always take a complain either you call four or more time in day. Blue star always use the vpn for customer which is very bad for us. You can not do anything if you buy a internet plan from Blue star cable.worst service giving at all. Previous working on ANI network, Now having with ITC ltd. Very worst sir.
Very very bad services for tv. No body picks up your call in case you have any complaint. And don’t treat there customers well. Worst customer service ever experienced
Really disappointing the blue star cable at Baljeet nagar delhi. When i joined the broadband service that time was good but now I'm getting 0.08mbps while I paid for 50mbps. Very bad to hear. I'll change the provider. First work with ANI network now tie up with International Trade centre.
Always disturb wifi service giving. All after three days speed becomes 1mb/s from 50mb/s. Sometime it's speed is become in kbps. Again today at 3feb 2019, it has gone in decrease in speed. Worst fibre net worst service. We can't recharge online self. Customer service is not good.
