Blue Tokai Coffee Hauz Khas

A nice walk from our AirBnB at Deer Park. As usual Blue Tokai continues to cheer with the unique flavors of!

The food was stale. I had gastric trouble after consuming butter croissant. It was possibly stale. I felt the difference while eating but did not trust my sensory powers over the quality perception I have of Suchali’s. Coffee was good. Service excellent. Will avoid going there again

Instructions for service if self style must be prominent. Staff (male) must be more affable.

Cappuccino with oat/cashew milk was really bad. Too bitter. They don't know how to make it. Left as it is.

We were here this morning as a group of 4 and hat some coffees, juices and breakfast. Everything was really good and the service was very nice We'll be back when we visit India again

I have been a blue tokai loyal customer for several years, since a month or so you cappuccino has changed drastically tastewise (I know the taste of blue tokai)
I don't know what have you done to sourcing your beans or the process of making it. The taste has changed and I think yesterday was my last shot at blue tokai. It is in every outlet and not specific to any one particular one. Sad it has to end this way

Very noisy air curtain at the entrance which blasts hot air every time someone walks through.

Air conditioning does not cool properly, find a spot to sit in path of cool air.

Sandwich is a joke, size is too small. And cheap potato wafers to go with it, seriously? Atleast make some effort to serve proper fries.

If you love Coffee then you wear Blue Tokai on your sleeve. Never disappointed with them. Service is immaculate and with a smile. Coffee is heavenly! Space is a bit cramped but still okay.

Please change your opening time on the website. This is misleading and very very disappointing. What’s the point opening at 7am if at 7: 15am, your staff says that the coffee machine is not calibrated and will take another 15 minutes to start

Its a cute, cozy little coffee shop which has some delicious sandwich, hummus with chicken and coffee. Definitely a place that you can visit with your friends or for coffee date. I like this place for its sandwiches with coffee. I love Grandma's special, cappuccino and Hummus bowl with pulled chicken

Came by here and no one even spoke to us, let alone offered us a table. I wouldn't recommend, come here only if you want to get starred at.

This is such a wonderful combination of big fat sandwich and blue tokai. It was a pleasure to eat there with delicious sandwiches and one of the best coffees in town

Ambience is average, could have been better. Did not live up to the hype. But the service is good.

A very pleasant cafe. The coffee is exciting and worth it. Ordered a Vietnamese style iced coffee, hot chocolate and Espresso. The location is also very nice. Would definitely recommend this place.

I came here to get some coffee. I had to wait for a long time just to get a seat even though the people eating there were not even eating. But yeah it's a nice place the coffee was good.

We found a rubber band in our pasta, the waiter didn't note down the order and later forgot about the dish, the portions were too less, the food was too generic, and the water felt unhygienic. I wish I could give 0 stars. Too disappointed.

Our food had rubber band in it which is very hazardous to health and the waiter did not note down our order and was not receptive and forgot one of our dishes, the portions of our food were not at all upto the mark and the taste of the food was very bland and general, the water had a weird aftertaste and the Nutella brownie milkshare was very sweet and very general taste. Would not recommend it to anyone, the prices were high and the quality of food was not upto the mark and there were flies all over and getting in the food.

Despite the wait times, it was a very pleasant experience. I enjoyed the Ratnagiri Estate cold brew and the cookie was fabulous.

I love Blue Tokai chain but this outlet is not upto the mark. The staff is not on their toes when it comes to service the customers. Not just this, once your order is served after a decade, coffee for instance, is not how it is supposed to be. With ice or no ice doesn't matter. This outlet can be a good QSR but the option of casual dining is not working out for them.

Nice cafe - especially if you would like a quite chat with colleagues/friends. The staff also leaves you alone and does not get overbearing if you order less as per their wishes. Overall a good experience in holding a formal meeting here. Beware of parking though - there is none and chance of police fining is high on the road. It is on busy and congested road of Hauz Khas.

It’s always amazing to go to this cafe as mr Amit the manager is really good and really supporting and the whole staff is very friendly! I love to go there always!

The absolute first Blue Tokai we tried after moving to Delhi and it was such a relief to know that decent coffee was to be found in this city.
It’s located in a vibrant neighborhood and the cafe itself has a very cozy touch to it. Not possible to sit outside, but the space itself (inside) is nice (as most BTs are).
The service has always been very slow here, but now that you know, it’s not a problem. It could definitely be a bit annoying in the beginning.
The food in this place seems to be of some pride and even though the menu is the same as the other BTs they definitely have a great chef making the food at this spot!

The coffee is great. But the service seems to be going down with each passing day. The staff seem to be unbothered to respond unless you draw their attention after a few attempts and take initiative to even get your billing done. The orders arrive decently on time, thankfully. But if you are reticent as a patron and wait, then you’re left waiting. Most folks who work here seem like they’d rather be somewhere else in life. The cafe can definitely use with more promptness and onus on account of staff with regard to seating and taking menu orders, and general attentiveness/responsiveness.

Always has been one of my favourite places to work from and to meet up with friends. Their hot chocolate is good!

This place is my go to every week, really nice sitting arrangement with good vibes ambience on top of that some yummy sandwiches and amazing cold Brew coffee.

The only cafe I've rated a 5 star.
