Reception staff rude; engaged in themselves, chitchatting nonsense and not listening carefully to person in queue.

Diagnosis is dependent completely on tests and imaging tests rather than one's medical knowledge based on signs and symptoms. Irrespective if one can afford it or not.

Congested IPDs, odour in ICU, *young* nursing staff howling like anything in front of patients; not maintaing the decency of hospital.

As a result many good doctors have left the place.as per own experience only the director gynae is the good person one can count on there!

The facility this hospital provides is amazing. They took the best care of their patients, staff's behaviour and doctor's sincerity level is at its best. Very good hospitality, lab tests are also economical. There's still something which they can take care of like providing online lab report services and some more instruments for baby check up like. Most Adarsh my child was admitted here under dr abhishek gupta. He treated him and given him full attention and cured him. We are thankful to him and his team for the efforts made by them. Hello! Jyoti yadav is here, i admitted in this hospital for 2 days, everything was good, every facilities was on time. One thing that i didn't like is- washroom was not getting clean properly on time.also, dustbin should be there in the washroom for any disposal.

It was my first experience with Dr. Meera gupta. I must say she treats her patients like her own family member. I am so happy that I found her for my pregnancy journey. It was my first pregnancy. She gave me so many exercise advice during my pregnancy for normal delivery. She was very supportive during my pregnancy, delivery and even after that. It's a 3rd class hospital. I don't won't to go again on this hospital, only just making money money and money. And Dr Meera Gupta she doesn't knows how to treat the patient. Kuch bhi nhi btati thi hume ki kya dikat parashani hai or na he kuch Bolti thi useless doctor. Pls don't go away on this hospital keep far away. Seriously it's a very bad experience of my life. And trust me Dr Meera Gupta ko kuch bhi nhi Pta babies ka.

Overall good hospital from value for money POV. However staff, nurse and lab staff should improve their behaviour and start respecting time of patients.

If you are planning to visit then pls go on two wheeler or public transport. Big no for four wheeler as you won't get parking there and hospital is surrounded by 10 feet gali all across.
