The showroom doesn't even deserve one star! The people there doesn't even have the basic courtesy to greet or even show respect to a person who has come to the showroom to get a bike. I waited there for around 20mins but got no response from anyone after which I went and approached a sales executive who didn't seem much interested in talking to me.
I'm a resident of West Bengal staying in Delhi since 4years owning a Royal Enfield. For a change I really wanted to buy a BMW bike and now I feel this is the worst mistake I've ever done. THERE'S A REASON WHY PEOPLE CHOOSE ROYAL ENFIELD OVER BMW.

Commitment not fulfilled after the payment was done behaviour got changed and what they committed with the bike they refused at the time of delivery opt Chandigarh for buying they fulfill there commitments

Worst experience ever. The sales executives there behaves like they own the brand and doesn't know how to behave properly with a person. My husband was very excited to buy his dream bike but as soon as the salesperson got to know that we are residents of West Bengal and that we won't be able to book a bike from Delhi, he started ignoring my husband leaving him feel like a nobody. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INSULTING! I'll never recommend anyone visit this showroom ever.

Worst Experience ever
It's been a long time
They are not able cope up with booking deadline only
(So beware guys with your delivery date they give)
I booked my bike 2.5 months back they promise me to deliver within 45 days and on paper it was written for 60 days but days pass and till now I have got my bike.
Even there executive kawaljeet Singh is not giving me proper responses even he his not attending calls or providing me feedbacks he is saying in next lot ill give you again and again same thing is happening its like I am begging for a bike and I am not paying for it.
He is evening saying that I can cancel this booking and these guys think I will cancel the booking after waiting for 70 days.

Fantastic team, amazing experience, wonderful and pleasurable customer service. Special call out to Manu and Anil for their response. Highly recommended!

Im very satisfied from okhla service center but i have a question that the nariana bmw center is not the part of okhla center is that other part because the charges is double from okhla center

Bad experience. BMW logo ka Paisa le rahi hai. Lutyens motor customer service bad. I suggest you please don't buy bike.

My most loved place. Sadly they shifted from lajpat nagar to okhla. Always feel welcomed here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Saving up for a big bike now.

2 star due to BMW MOTORRAD INDIA corporate there is a boy name Abhishek and his manager they don't care about Customer I mailed my complaint at bmw India 9 times as well as make calls 4 times but they don't reply.
By the end I frustrated with bmw I sell my bike and I recommend that not to but bmw bikes.

I went to pick my bike after service and had a great feel while riding back to my home.

Well maintained showroom staff is very supportive and guide you very gently as per you demand. I took a test ride of G310 and it was mind blowing.
