I have contacted them politely, but there was already very rude and unprofessional communication with our team. It felt as if we were their friends. Many spelling errors, not responding directly to my messages, and getting angry when I asked for a more direct response, responding curtly. Afterward, I requested another colleague who took too long to respond and sent very unprofessional messages.

Never again!

I highly recommend Bo, the service quality was truly exceptional, also the the is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Fake people don't give any order to them
they will just take advance from u and later no respond till the payment one people will coordinate after that multiple people get involved and just takes each other name
never place any order to them without having proper agreeement

Fraud company. Don’t waste your time. Sneha Ghantasala who works there is a fraud. Says their company burned down etc it’s all a lie. Don’t fall for them!

Unprofessional environment. They have sabji Mandi types environment. They hired unprofessional and not Knowledgeable HR lavleen. She screems at people like colleagues are slaves under her. She has no basic atticates how to talk, big liar. Has she ever worked before or she also a scammer? They are fraud. Beware.

I contacted this company with my requirement. I am owner of a multi million dollar brand, their contact mT Suraj, spoke to me as a girl next door. Shame on this co.that has such employee.

Fraud. They ask for advanced payment and then stop receiving call and don't reply to emails or messages. I lost my money.

Bo international is awesome company. Their products are natural and effective. I was assisted by Mr. Jatin Chopra, he is an exceptional person. He has helped me to develop soaps with Donkey’s milk. He answered all my queries with patience & always helped me wherever i am stuck. I have never seen someone so co-operative and good in their work. I take immense pride to be associated with BO International.

Most horrible experience ever. I have made bulk purchases from Bo International and both the times I had to run after them for delivery. Mr. Arpit Gautam who is my POC has zero knowledge on customer satisfaction, he chooses not to pick my calls or revert my text. I have no information on my shipment even after 10 days, the tracking ID does not exit. They are running a big scam.

Worst customer service. I ordered 4 kg beeswax and they sent only 2 kgs. When I called customer service, one lady answered it will be dispatched again. And now i call each day and she answers rudely that its dispatched, and keeps the phone. And i have not received the product till now. How can a customer will come back when their customer executive is this much rude.

Don't pay advance payment some crook staff members are working in this company I m suffering from last 5 monts for my paymnt they block your mobiles no and only follow the so cold protocol to make u fool. I update some chats and audio clip on youtube in few days if my problem is not solve and tell the names of the crook staff members. Verey poor service don't go for this.

The tube dispensers had no hygenic seal, the wax tins were all dented. All the labels were placed on by hand and are all uneven and all are bubbled or peeling. I have lost $17000.oo AUD and the company refuses to fix their monumental mistake or even talk with me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

These people are not at all professionals.they don't even reply to a single query. Pathetic service and staff. They don't know how to handle new clients.forget about their existing ones. I would have given minus points here in review but lowest is one.
