I went to boat service centre for replace my product but service executive engineer said to me please raise a online complaint this product issue we can't resolve please raise a online complaint my experience is bad in boat service centre if you go in this service centre please ensure your product is replaceable or not
They were very swift in replacing old damaged product& replaced within 5 days. Thank you repair centre people... Location: enter the lane next to Nathus & at the end you will reach the centre.
I have emailed my product on their email id but what they did is they mention the product name not as per the Invoice image now i am getting message from boat that there is mismatching in the product. I have emailed them for reclaim but they didn't responded yet. Neither they gave any contact number on which we can contact them
I have given 3 star just because of the responses that I received from the service center. I have travelled to this center all the way from gurgaon just because the gurgaon service center is not upto the mark and they don't take their customer seriously. When I visited this center, they asked me to send the bill via email which I have done. But then they told me that give us the delhi address as your neckband will not get delivered to gurgaon address, I got surprise by their words that even though gurgaon is a part of delhi ncr still it is not getting delivered and the agent was asking me to lodge an online complaint or visit to gurgaon service center. Then there was a guy who told the agent ki bhai ho jaega deliver.tb jakar bande ne request raise kri and gave me the slip for that. Bhai agar ye baat phle he nahi krta to I would have given 5 star. Rest is all good. Time it took to raise the replacement request is 15 min aprx. They have told me that within 4-5 working days I will get my product delivered. And I am waiting for that.
It is not a proper BOAT service center, there is a small office in which there are service centers of many companies with very rude and unmannered staff. They dont know how to talk. Disappointed with BOAT never gonna buy anything from them.
Unprofessional staff, everyone seems to be boss there. They didn't understand that they are there for helping the customer and solving their issues not to dictate them.
They took my earbuds and say that your invoice is edited, when I show them through amazon they took my airdops and complete to company, that invoice is edited, they are totally fraud
It was a great support from service center. Please note that you required a clear invoice. Please be with clear invoice or digital PDF invoice for quick support.
Staff behaviour is very decent and good service provided, but this centre having network issues due to which customers are facing problem in getting OTP asked by service attendant.
Very bad experience too slow work, the server was not working when my token number came. Too much wait time for a very simple issue. The queue clearing time was too much with service centre being understaffed.
It’s 200 mtr from v3s mall, fine place, could be a little big to accommodate 5 more people.
Talking about the service, they replace the product within 5 min.
Staff is fine, just could be a little better listeners and help the customer understand the next procedure to do if any problem can’t be resolved by them.
