Just received my order. Impressive supper perfume, really liked it and recommended to every men out there.

Their latest full body trimmer is a full body scam. It looks great, but functionality is useless. It doesnt have any precision in the blades, cuts the beard unevenly, and attachments are nearly impossible to use.
Customer service was horrible for me being a first time customer, no option to return/refund.
Don’t bother indulging with this company.

I bought Bombay shaving Company Coffee Face Wash and its Scrub and a Veleno Perfume. This product is very good, I have used and other products also I am using for a long time are very good products and very good result. Excellent product. Guys

I bought the precision razor kit as a gift. It was such a great gift. My father loved it and the personalised engraving feature really added a lot of meaning to it.

I am using Bhringraj-onion oil & hair mask by Bombay Shaving Company & i must say it's amazing.
My hair fall has reduced drastically & frizziness has also gone down.

I have been using the Onion Hair Mask and the Onion Hair Oil from Bombay Shaving Company for a good 6 months now, it is really good and makes my hair soft!

I've been using the Coffee Face Scrub by Bombay Shaving Company for 3 months now and it has worked brilliantly in exfoliating my skin and removing dead skin. A good scrub with a full skin care routine can do wonders. I love the smell which is extremely energizing - just like a cup of coffee! Highly recommend this product.

Don't buy their products.i ordered one tremer+hair clipper last year in the month of October 2021.its MAY 2022 now and the tremer stopped working i tried to contact there customer service i wrote emails.but no response from their side its been 2 weeks.bad customer service and product.they are just looting us in the name of good company.in my life I'll never buy their products

What a fraud this company and their representatives are i have purchased trimmer from them in sep 2021 and it stopped working only after 4 months now they are refusing to provide warranty. Don't ever even think about purchasing anything from this company and their costumer care staff is so rude and mannerless that i can't have words to explain.

This company is not customer oriented. They are just profit centric.
1. Pathetic customer care.
2. Bad quality products.
3. They dont have any own manufacturing unit of any product.
4. Over priced products. People can buy branded products like Gillette, old spice, Garnier etc. Buying cheap quality Bombay shaving company products are just wastage of money.
5. They can cancel the order at any point of time without customer concent, i found lots of reviews about the same. Also bad inventory management.
6. They are going to waste investors money by selling scraps to customer. This company will shutdown soon. Save this review.

If we made a complaint they are saying their team told it's made of natural incredints so we are not responsible for dandruff stuff and all

Be careful, this company is tricking customers, I felt completely duped.

I ordered few items this father's day in June 2020 which was amounting to approx. 1270. They had a coupon code called DAD25 which includes 25% discount along with a father's day note pad, a photo frame like freebies. So I chose this discount over others since I wanted this to be special than economical. But on delivery no such freebies was found.

And on contacting this company's care says the order should have been more than 1000 rupees to get those freebies, which I nowhere read on their website while ordering. I will never buy any item from them again.

For authenticity I have uploaded my order snapshot to you guys.

My sister gifted me charcoal facial kit on raksha bandha. The products were used, weren't packed (sealed) properly and had very less quantity in it. I made complaint regarding the same to customer feedback forum. They refused to replace the products. My order I'd BSC100148419. I won't recommend to anyone.

Really happy to have recieved the beardinator.

Delivery was fast (delivered on within 5 days) I chose to order from their website instead of Amazon. As many reviews on Amazon said that they recieved incomplete packages. So better to order directly from the company itself.

The packing is simply amazing and very premium! (Makes me feel like a someone special)

The overall contents are good.
Beard oil smells nice, the package was complete and in the best condition.

Will start using it from today.hoping for a better beard in the near future.

For 500 worth of damaged products they are offering 100 rs store credit. Laughable considering their customer service team feels this will help the cause. Avoid!

Very unprofessional behavior. Ordered my Father's Day gift with them. They were showing expected delivery date as 17 June, but delivered on 22 June, next day after Father's day. I asked for status on 19 June, they told me that the order would be delivered for sure by Father's day ie 21 June. Didn't get it. Messaged them on same day but got a response that they were unavailable on Sundays. Anyways, received order on 22 June, but to my surprise, the order was incomplete. Ruined my gift to my dad. Really disappointed with the service Bombay Shaving Company provided. Would never recommend trusting them!

The products seem to be average-okish but I am very unhappy with the delivery off the website. Their so called 'gift boxes' cannot be shipped without an invoice. Even after repeated requests, they said that the product will not leave the warehouse without an invoice. Hence my gift and its price reached the recipient which was very embarrassing. I also requested if they could add a message to the package and they said they can't assure that it'll be done! Better to order off amazon as their website and customer service are both pretty useless.

BSC is the worst when it comes to shipping. Seriously, 6 days and your site says order to be packed. What is wrong with you guys. How long are you going to take to pack. Guys, planning to buy, beware of this before ordering from their website. You may end up waiting forever like me!

I have been using the shaving kit for a week and i must say i am satisfied.the kit is of quality with reasonable price.ive not had a single cut while shaving.each and every product is great.just one recommendation to BSC.you guys should give the shaving kit with shaving kit bag instead of a box.otherwise a wonderful product.definately going to recommend to all my friends.

Excellent product! Except feather blade (I used Voskhod) I tried all the items of the 6 part shaving system. Razor performance was really good I got BBS shave after my 2nd pass. Razor top finish could have been better like glossy one with full chrome finish so that it will look more premium.preshave, shaving cream and aftershave products are also good. Overall I'm happy with my shave for the money I spent on this kit.

I had a wonderful costumer aftersales service experience.
My Razor was broken after an accidental freefall, resulting into loss of male threaded part of my razor product.
But after contacting Bombay shaving company's official mail id, my complaint was received and my replacement for the product loss was confirmed.
This was very sweet goodwill gesture fron the BSC.

I’m a user of Bombay Shaving Company products for almost a year now. The range of products that the company offers are high on quality though prices can be rationalised to the extent that the product quality doesn’t suffer a dent. I would also like to mention that the company has a very responsive customer support which I experienced a few days before.
Being a user for a considerably good time, I give a hi five to the entire range of its products.

ZERO stars for worst services. After reading great reviews I ordered for my fiance for Valentine's day. As made big promises they said on site and while placing order that they'll deliver before 14th Feb. But it's been 15th evening & yet I have not received my parcel. When called at the customer care none attended my 5 calls. When contacted at the courier company- delhivery, they did not respond at all saying they're helpless as they do not have manpower.

Delivered in good condition. Customer care is very helpful. 5 Stars for Customer Care. Will surely drop by again.

I started out with a double edge razor when I started shaving many years ago. At that time twin blades were 'slowly gaining popularity in India. The razors I had were mostly metal, some could take double blades as well as twin blades. Its difficult to explain if you haven't seen one of those: think of a regular clamp and then a steel twin blade cartridge clamp. But they never really caught on. Those razors were really light on weight, the double edge blade would just bounce off the hairs as you pulled down and if your you pushed it against your skin then it would cut you. So it was a no brainer when Gillette razors came along: you could press the razor against the skin and no cuts!

After years of using a cartridge, 2 then 3 and then lubricated strips, then the moving head types i realized that I really didn't enjoy shaving. It was a chore, and it's great when you don't have time and need to rush from one thing to another. You get a socially acceptable, vaguely unsatisfying shave.

Looking for alternatives, I searched the internet, I couldn't be the only person having these problems. Thankfully a lot of others were dissatisfied with their Gillette experience and most of them leaned towards double edge razors.

I searched for the double edge razors in shops, but the only one available was the plastic Gillette double edge razor. I tried it again and this time with a proper process. Having a hot shower, then using a shaving brush with a shaving round. Unlike cartridge razors, double edge razors are not meant to be dragged over unlathered skin. So it takes longer.
The plastic sterling is ok for a few uses, but then the plastic is light in weight, so the razor head bounces off if you have a thick hair.

I was looking for something heavier that wouldn't bounce.

I looked online for options and discovered Bombay shaving company in Amazon. Someone had written a review that of you bought directly from them then they engrave your name on the razor as well.

I ordered it thinking anything would be better than the flimsy options available in the shops locally.

But I was shocked and amazed when it was delivered at home. The packaging was incredibly good. The razor is quite heavy and does not bounce. The finishing is very good. It's changed my morning routine completely. I have started shaving everyday now and actually look forward to doing it every morning.

I have a feeling that this razor going to get incredibly popular in the coming days.
