The company itself is great. Their custom shirts aren't going to break your pockets. Their fabric choices are fantastic and the customisation is brilliant.

But the store itself is also brilliant. Hardeep ji, the masterji and everyone else are all really helpful and patient as you figure out what you want. They won't forcefully upsell you and will work with you to figure out what suits your style and body shape. It makes the customisation and buying process incredibly smooth as well as comfortable. You can take your time, pick out the fabrics you want and they will work with you throughout. 10/10 would recommend as one of the best shopping experiences I've had.

My experience with Korra is overall good. The jeans was perfect in every way but the two chinos I ordered needed some alterations. Mr Kashish from the Meharchand Market branch was particularly helpful in organising the prompt alterations even on days he was not in office (on vacation). I would highly recommend their Meharchand office for all jeans & chino lovers.

Actually 3 Weeks Ago i Went Bombay Shirt Company Maherchand Chand Market Showroom As soon as I entered the showroom, there was a smell of liquor coming from the showroom. When we ignored it, a salesman came, smelling Cigarette and wine from his mouth. Which was very useless, when we asked the name, he told his name Gagan again and other salesmen too bad bamboo of wine was coming from his mouth. Other Sales Man Name was Gurdeep Singh OR Hardeep Singh Something Like That. We had to come back without shopping. This is Worse than worst Showroom and his staff This has been my worst experience so far in any showroom shopping, please pay Some attention. The company also has some reputation.

I visited the store to buy some custom made shirts for my husband. The customer service was great and the shirt arrived quickly and within the timeline promised. Great quality and fit.

SO I GAVE THE BELOW REVIEW ON THE PROMISE THAT A FRESH PAIR WILL BE SENT TO ME. I GOT A CHINO AFTER SUCH A LONG TIME TODAY. MATERIAL ITCHY AND TERRIBLE AND FITTING IS EVEN WORSE. NEVER AGAIN IS THE WOW AND ON TOP OF THAT THE OWNER PERHAPS WAS VERY CURT ON THE WHATS APP. HAVE PRESERVED THE RESPONSE. PEOPLE WHO DONT FOCUS ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ……

Gave proper measurements for jeans. The product was ill fitting. Then took a video of the fitting and sent the jeans back. After many days jeans have come back without any alteration. It is as bad as it was earlier. Have no choice but to give it to my domestic help. Never again from this company. Waste of time and money.

7 pm. I got a call from the owner of the company apologising for the faux pas and requesting me to send a pair of my good fitting jeans and assuring that she will get one made exactly of the same size.
By 10: 00 pm. A courier took my jeans to the delhi office of the company, copied it and sent them back.
I am now waiting for a fresh pair which should hopefully meet my expectations.
The promptness and concern is praiseworthy and has somewhat restored my belief. I am therefore revising the stars from one to three.

The best place in town to get Bespoke Shirts for men. It’s a boutique for men who all want customized shirts. And to top it off Hardeep helped us to choose the best fabrics and catered us with utmost care so that we could get a customized experience. The quality of their shirts, the customizations available (my favourite being the inner lining of the cuff and collar) and service in unparalled. Ofcourse, every company relies on human beings and in Hardeep at the Meharchand Market store, they have a star! He is my go-to man and the only reason I dont ever look at any other shirt company. I was referred by a friend who is a customer. They have built a brand and try to live up to the hype of providing personalised services.
The back and and front end both need to improve. There is lack of communication… even after jotting down preferences of buttons, thread etc of each item, what arrives from the factory is not what was ordered.someone is messing up.
They almost never keep up their delivery promises, citing workload, lack of fabric or too many orders. In these times of insta deliveries and online darzi etc taking 3 weeks to deliver a jean pant is almost criminal. They should pull up their socks and train their front end staff better and also keep delivery promises.

I’ve been ordering shirts for quite some time. The staff is very courteous and helpful to my needs. There have been some issues here and there but they all have been resolved promptly. Mr Hardeep has been attending to me fairly regularly I must say that his attitude is warm and he explains things in detail and makes sure they are done.

I must compliment the staff of Bombay Shirt Company for their professionalism, attention to details and positive attitude towards clients. A special mention about Mr Ritvik who attended to me. I knew of the company from back when they were Korra Jeans. After the merger, I visited the Delhi store and got measured for a shirt. The stitching and fabric is excellent. They use thick, high quality buttons and nicely reinforce collars. The fit almost by definition nicely silhouettes the body - which is what you want from a tailored fit - so if your body is less than perfect, you probably want to ask them to make a slightly relaxed fit.
Too bad they no longer make the full line of Korra products (no more blazers), but now have all sorts of daily wear items on the website.

Superb service, Hardeep assisted me with passion and care to get the perfect fit and customization. The quality of the shirts is excellent and prices reasonable. Highly recommended.

So I live in Saudi Arabia and ordering online locally let along internationally is a big challenge! You never get the right size and return takes ages! But I took the risk with BSC coz a friend recommended it. So, I ordered my first shirt (with caution) online after going through the routine of sizing and all. In a week the shirt was with me and I WAS IMPRESSED! But I had no idea what was coming next! Couple of days later I got contacted by Hritwik and he asked me about my experience in order to refine the process. I was so delighted that I decided to order 8 more! Hritwik spent hours with me helping choose the colors and build customizations for each shirt! Now, I told Hritwik that I was joining a new job in 2 weeks time and boy oh boy they even pushed DHL to deliver me in tight timelines a day before I started. I was staying at Westin Delhi in the second week of Feb and decided to get a few shirts made prior to coming back to US - Hritwik from Bombay shirt company helped select the clothes/color and made sure they were delivered - I received it a few days and they were well stitched - he f/u through WhatsApp to make sure everything went fine - I highly recommend Hritwik from Gurgaon at the Bombay shirt company

Mr. Hardeep has been exceptional with guiding me for the best fabrics and even made sure the shirts are delivered on time. There was absolutely no problem at all dealing with him, even though I stay in bombay, the staff here wasn’t that helpful and courteous rather than person sitting miles away and making sure the best styling is done. Great going & hope you keep up with the great welcoming gesture you have.

I had an unlucky and bad experience getting 6 shirts stitched at this store. In the first attempt all collars, buttons, plackets and cuffs were incorrectly made. They agreed to fix it as soon as they could. In the second attempt, two shirts still came home with incorrect buttons.
It has taken multiple trips to this shop and over 20 days and I still don't have everything correctly made.

The sizing, fit, fabric are excellent though.

I had an excellent experience recently with Bombay Shirt Company in Delhi. From selecting a high quality fabric to getting a perfectly fitted shirt in a little over a week at a very affordable price was extremely satisfying. A minor adjustment of a couple of button positions was handled very rapidly and satisfactorily. Many thanks to Sahib in the Meharchand market shop for excellent service.

I placed an order on 4th of november, as per there website they deliver in 10-12 days.its end of november now and i still dont have anything from them.i have tried reaching the customer service multiple time over whatsapp they reply in hours and make false promises of delivery.i have been requesting my refund which they have only been delaying by making false promises.this is horrible customer service.i do not wish to order from them again.im yet to receive my order

Worse Customer Care. Bombay shirts ruined the name of Korra Jeans they were good before and after this merger the quality degraded and delivery time went upto 25 days. The person on whatsapp never has any answers he just say will ship soon and stop replying after that. I suggest korra should start working independently again as they are ruining their image in the name of Bombay Shirts. I won't buy again until korra begins to sell independently.

They are the worst brand. Customer service doesn't exist for them. Placed order online and after order they mentioned 10-12 days to deliver in pune, no communication at all for 2 weeks and after 15 days when asked to hold the delivery as I was going outstation, they confirmed that they will deliver later. After 2 days, they shipped the product. I have never seen any seller this much careless and no regards the customer service.
My money is stuck.

I ordered this shirt over a phone and the manager sahib has made the overall experience amazing and the master tika ram has done the amazing job.

Never buy online from BSC. They will not deliver the good and always make false promises for delivery. After several failure also they will not refund your amount.

Mr Sahib and Masterji ensured that customer experience is exemplary and even with multiple visits/ changes or delays the requirements are met and quality is not compromised. Daily wear is definitely worth it with BSC!

This is a very special review as the people over at Bombay Shirt Company are nothing short of magic if I may say so.

As all stories begin, it started off with a devastation. The Shirt I had ordered was not of proper size, due to whatever reason it might be, I just could not take it for the occasion I had actually gotten it for.

Needless to say I raised the dispute to the magical people over at BSC, Meherchand. I was not only promised that the shirt would be reduced down to the proper size but was guaranteed that the same would be done within a day.

True to their word, the next day itself I got a call from BSC and voila, the oversized shirt had somehow been gotten down to the size I so desired and better off within a day. I don't know how they did it, I don't know how they managed but I do know for a fact that sticking true to their word they delivered the shirt within a day and it was nothing short of magic if I may again add.

I would personally like to thank Mr. Tikaram, the guy who weaved magic and made it possible and the wonderful staff comprising of Mr. Sahib Sabarwal and Mr. Hardeep Sahni.

This year I finally got myself two shirts and Hardeep in BSC Delhi was extremely patient, helpful in guiding towards the details involved in customising the shirts.
Even when my friend had three shirts to go and I had two, the patience, attention to detail and guidance is much appreciated.
My shirts have already been lauded even before I’ve worn them. I’m also happy with the quality of cloth and the stitching involved. Looking forward to move permanently from factory made to customised shirts soon.
