Hi, I had ordered a book on 3rd September & received it on 6th September…happy to receive it before the delivery date mentioned & the book is brand new. I am very happy with my first purchase plus I got it on a discounted price as compared to the price mentioned on other sites. Hoping & wishing them best that they consistently provide the best experience to their customers.

I have brought more than 40 items from this website amounting more than ₹50k+ in past one year.two times i have had pathetic experience where the customer service took forever to resolve issue which was easy to manage but still took time and constant following up, got my refund after literally 20 days after pickup of wrong product. But they seem to improve every-time. Apart from that you get item in good condition and from trusted courier partners.

If you get what you expect in the first go, good otherwise customer service is old school. But latest experience was good they took fast action so overall nice.

The customer service in here is the worst I've been reaching them several times but I have never got any responds from them. I ordered a book but it was never delivered to me.it has already passed the delivery said date. Believe me when I said this worst costumer service

I'll be hesitant to order from here again. I can't even return my order because I haven't receive the book can't even do a refund

Never order anything from this website they have the worst service. You just loss you money and you won't get the item you've ordered. Fraudster

I had a great experience with them. But with one order i had a terrible experience with them (delivery partner Amazon shipping). My book didn't deliver to me even after the delivery date had passed. The funny part is that I had contacted their customer care service seven times and every time they said that my order is going to be delivered today and that day never came and I mailed them a couple of times too but they didn't reply until i gave my review on Google. In the end when i didn't get my book I asked them to refund my money and I got the refund.

See the good part about BOOKSWAGON is that they have plenty of titles (books) that you won't find anywhere else (preciously i am talking about graphic novels) and In my experience some of the books i am looking for which is available on another site too, is cheaper on Bookswagon. And on top of that the books are genuine (original) and not the pirated one and the condition of the books is top notch (at least in my experience).

But their site (they don't update your order details), their backend, their delivery (if your order is deliver then you are going to have a great experience but if you don't get your delivery then you r going to have a ride full of tension and stress) and especially their customer care service is not good.

In my opinion besides their shortcomings they are still the best place to buy books online in India especially if you are looking for graphic novels and manga.

Please don't ever buy books from this website. I have had the most pathetic experience with them. There were 3 books that I ordered and I received one wrong book instead of 3 books. The team has not sorted my issue until date. They refunded me a wrong amount. Its a chaos and they don't respond or get back on time as well.

I would like to add that I received the refund amount completely today. Thank you for rectifying the issue.
However I won't be placing an order again here.

This is my first time ordering from Bookswagon.
Have to say, i’m really impressed with the fast dispatch time and delivery.
Items arrived before the expected dispatch and date alloted on website.
It was a seamless experience down to the courier (Bluedart).
The items were brand new and packaged with care in bubble wrap and arrived in excellent condition.
I felt like a kid in a candy store when i received my packages today.
The prices are fair and are discounted too.
You can track your package status through their website and also check your registered email for the tracking number.
All in all, a wonderful seamless experience.
I’m definitely purchasing more stuff.

This store is a nice source for hard-to-find print books, but a well-kept secret in board-gaming circles in India is that they are also the best source for Osprey board games. They appear to run on a dropship model, which means that it will almost always take a few weeks for your order to show up, which is why I am dinging one star in my review and giving them 4/5. However, the orders are very well packed, and it is a nice surprise when Dad unboxes something we had ordered a while ago and forgotten all about! Sometimes, we've had games show up even before their US release, which is cool. We also love their selection of jigsaw puzzles.

A full fraud app please don't buy anything. I have ordered a book, after successful payment it was automatically cancelled after 9 days.they send me a mail about cancel and refund my money. But actually they hadn't refunded my money. And they haven't any response of my mail.

Books are mostly pirated or torn. Mangas are 100% Pirated prints.
Customer service is terrible, they'll cancel your orders and will never release the refunds. Crooks of first order.

Worst app ever. Had ordered a book a full month ago and haven't received it yet. Worst service ever.

I ordered a book on 30th January which they cancelled without any prior warning. The amount has been deducted from my account but there's no sign of the package or refund. It's going to be almost a month. It's very difficult to get hold of the customer service and they don't respond to emails.
People had good experiences with Bookswagon and I've not been so fortunate. Avoid this place if you don't want to take chances with your money.

I ordered a manga book and received it today, but the book was In a very bad condition and the book was misprinted, they are not even replying on email, how can I return the book, this is how u provide service for the customer who trusted you paid the money

I placed an order for 3 manga vols, and after of waiting they say one of them is suddenly out stock even though when I first mailed them when it was getting delayed they assured me I would get it for sure.

They have not delivered the book, many time i have contacted them, they said that books was lost on the way, now they are saying that they have delivered but i have not received the book, they are lying, i want my refund of book amount ₹1156. They take money but donot deliver, this is second time that i have paid but did not receive the book.i place 2 orders of amount ₹1156 and ₹1855.but i have not received the books. One order was through Amazon, they said that both book were lost on the way by blue dart courier services,

I ordered a book set 15 days ago but the shipment is getting delayed more than the estimated date mentioned in the confirmation mail. Despite contacting the customer service several times, they failed to dispatch the order. I have no idea if they will send the order or even refund my money. This is the first and the last time I will be ordering from bookswagon.

I am an Astrologer and TAROT CARD READER.recently purchased a Tarot deck- Akashic Tarot. Deck arrived after 20 days after order, that'ok.
But the deck and all cards were SPOILED AND MISPRINTED. I EMAILED THEM TO ATLEAST EXCHANGE IT FOR A NEW PAIR AS IT WAS FOR RS. 1190.
THEY HAVE LITERALLY EATEN MY HARD EARNED MONEY. AND DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO REPLY.

I've ordered multiple times from them and I can safely say that the quality and condition of the books arrived to me has always been top notch. Though the delivery takes around 2-3 weeks per order, which I wish can be made quicker.

Was looking for a copy of Pachinko by Min Jin which apparently is no longer being published in India. Tried all the premium book stores in Mumbai and Delhi but none of them had it. What added to my disappointement was that Amazon's delivery time was around 20 days.
Finally decided to call bookswagon and they delivered a copy in Mumbai in 12 days.

Very satisfied with their professional approach. On their website, I could see the complete shipping details, from placing the order till dispatch. For rare findings, this is the place to call.

Delivery is good. Prices are relatively lower than other sites, in case of product unavailability they issue refund on their own which is good, but, their support team does not respond to queries (this thing feels awkward)

Trusted and biggest online book seller in the country. Have been ordering through them since 2019 and have been rarely disappointed. You are bound to find almost all titles worldwide here at very good rates. India's most reliable online book seller at the moment.

Being purchasing from them since last 3.5 years the only place to get imported books especially comics graphic novels which you cannot really find easily in India. There packaging is really good except for heavy books which requires additional protection at edges especially for books which are more than 2kg. Hopefully they start doing packaging a bit differently for heavier books.

It took them 11 days to advise that the book is out of print, only after repeated followup on my part as to why I received no shipping details.
Speaking to their help desk was useless providing any help. Extremely useless service.

Ordered a book on 30th Aug for 2647. Expected delivery dates were 18-20th Sep. On 10th Sep, they cancelled the order without any prior intimation or reason. But the book is still active on their website with a new price of 3010 Rs or so. If the product was inactive, it could be understandable. Also no emails, intimation or apologies for cancelling the order, unless you put a request to customer care, after they cancel your order. Customer care later told cancellation due to product not available, but the product was active still on their website. If you have specific plans or gifting needs, think twice.

Worst experience! They are neither picking the phone or reply. Most of the books they don’t have and they extend the delivery time.
Do not waste your time and efforts!

Update: in your reply you ask for my order ID. Am I writing in German? My complaint is that you have not given me any order ID. How can I share it when I don't have it. I emailed you with the payment gateway receipt (which is all I have as you have not sent any order acknowledgement email) and yet you have not replied to it.

Worst. I ordered a book and payed it online. Inreturn I waited for 15 days and it got cancelled and there's no reply for any of my messages or calls. And I didn't get my money back tooo

It was my first order on bookswagon & after 16 days they cancel my order, icing on the cake is you have to wait for 4 days or more for refund process. I m still waiting for the amount to be reflected in my bank account, hope i get my money back.
So if you are impatient one don't order from bookswagon. They will not deliver product witihin 14-15 days. In my case i have to wait for almost 20 days or more.
I ordered the book because of all the good reviews about site, so beware guys its tricky.
I'm ordering another book from bookswagon so stay tune for another review.

Update - I got my money back after 4-5 days.
So my second order went great, i found a very rare book called crimson peak the art of darkness. It was only available at bookswagon and book came with a slight dent after 14 days but book was brand new and in great condition, so i ignored the little dent. The book is currently out of print and i don't think it will be available soon.
Thank you bookswagon for this rare gem. If anyone wants to buy books from this site go for it, its just that you have to wait for 15 days but go for it guys it's worth it.
Ps - There packaging is quite good.

I have been ordering books from Boookwagon for last 2 years and overall experience is really good. They make you available international edition at reasonable price. Also book packaging and tracking is available on mobile/web. Strongly recommend.
