Had one of the greatest experiences at this store came to know about a lot of things, aniket the kind of guy who had an answer for just about anything the portable speaker section is full of astonishing models for each use and the soundbar was just ungodly, if ever i go for a home theatre system im sure it would be Bose thanks brother!

We visited the outlet of Bose and met Mr. Shikhar. He said was very cooperative and we had a very good experience. Such an excellent sound system it is.

The experience was not as great as compared to last time. The product got damaged. However, Shikhar and Archana wore cooperative and they got it replaced. Although, it took lot of time and that was not a good experience. I had to visit somewhere else too but it got compromised due to replacement. Overall I would suggest we should look at a way in which we can reduce procedural approvals so that it becomes a hassle free experience.

The customer service experience is excellent! I was patiently walked through the features of the product I was interested in. Post billing The customer service executive helped me setup/configure my device and also provided key info related to exchange in case the product malfunctioned. All in all, purchasing experience was great.

The brand is so popular but to give a discount is what one looks up to.but sad that neither any discount nor any addon product is given at the bose flagship store where as the Croma and others are ready to give a flat cash discount of more than 1000 rs

Bad build quality of products. Didn't provide me Larzge size eartips for demo piece. Sound of products is very ordinary. Better go for sony products. Sales person left us and went upstairs. He didn't pay attention to us.

The product prices are almost same everywhere so it's better to purchase it from the store as they let you try their products. I purchased earpods from the store and i loved the purchasing experience and product quality.

Super expensive but if you can afford it go for it as they offer quality other wise go for other brands like sony or jbl etc they are also really cool.

Visited this place after six years and was pleased to see the same high level of expertise and support. The staff guides you properly and help you to make an informed decision. You can listen to music in a proper environment.

I had purchased a 2.1 unit from this store 10 years ago, and at that time, this store had the full array of Bose products on display, ready for a full demo. Not anymore. It now wears the look of a store that is going out of business. It is barren with just a few portable items like headphones, earphones, and bedside speakers staged for display. Maybe Bose isn't selling in India as well as it had wanted. Who knows! But if you are interested in seeing Bose products, this Bose store won't help you at all. Ironical.

Visited this store 4th time since i moved to Delhi. I went there to try the Bose Soundlink mini II but unfortunately the same wasn't available for demo. I did tried Bose QC 35ii wireless Headphones and few other bluetooth speakers. I wish i could try out the product i went there looking for.
As usual staff was nice and attended the customers pretty well.
