These people loot money. For me initially told some amount and finally after ring making charged almost 12k extra. Vipin lies a lot when you buy and then he will changed his estimate stating gold he estimated was less although after receiving ring it’s same weight. Please be careful and get in written about gold weight before ordering.

I just purchased a Kashmir Blue Sapphire from Brahma Gems, and they are making a ring of my personalized design I gave them, I will receive it in a few days.
Believe me, forget about buying something from there, if you even go there and just talk to them, or even have a cup of tea with them, your heart will melt by their customer service. Vipin ji is a gem itself, I have never seen customer service like this ever in my entire 25 years of life. He is the best ever, any help you need, anytime, any questions you may have, Vipin sir gladly replies and goes out of his way to fulfill every need. If i could write an essay I would write it here. I was in a confusion to go with which pearl but Shalini had come to my rescue suggesting me with the right pearl by providing all necessary information with prompt responses not only that I had ordered and given a wrong ring size (I HAD GIVEN A WRONG SIZE) she asked me courier it back and changed the size and delivered it within 4 days time. If anyone out there looking for Gem stones. Brahma Gems is the place and Shalini is the right person!

The processing was very comfortable and the assigned person cleared everything. The delivery was also very fast. Need to add some more design in their ring and pendent designs.
