I asked the barber to cut the side hairs only up to 2 mm but he faded it away now I look like a chhapri

Worst experience
I went for beard cut, he started shaping my beard with blade without putting gel, i asked him to put gel but he said they don’t have gel, the blade was so sharped that i just clinch my jaw and i got cut. They charged me 120 rs and they didn’t even apologise, they keep saying it was my mistake that i moved my jaw.
