I have very poor opinion on their service & response you get from customer service staff. They & service provider take you for a ride. I have been requesting everyone to solve my problems for nearly one month but to deaf ears. Request all fresh customers to take undertaking from them for good service or look for other options.

They have great packages but their service is extremely poor. Half of my package goes unutilised because of the frequent connectivity issues.
