Brownie Point

Feedback for your Choco Trio Cake which we have ordered yesterday. However, I know it wouldn't make any difference for you guys, I am writing it because i have wasted my money and other person will not waste it.
First you have charged 100Rs only for a print a paper for logo,
Upper part of cake was good but the lower part (bread) was like dipped in water, its all watery and smelly
I hope you can share this with your baker or chef.

One of the best cake joint in town with the best of variety and taste.my personel experience with whom so ever I have send his tea cake or birthday cake good comments always follows.must try

This Shop isn't trustable. They ruin ur party at last moment. If u order something as ur taste and choice, they deliver ur order as their choice and availability.yes I've seen so many good reviews about this shop, may be I'm one of those who faced this and I have to share my experience with this shop brownie point. So that people become aware. This Shop isn't available on Zomato, the reason behind it now I understood.

Very bad customer service so one replies on phone and keep on delaying stuff.

Don't trust them with Customized or urgent cakes they will not deliver it.

The staff has some problems coordinating with each other, as the person behind the counter has to verbally tell the cashier about the order and at most one has to wait between 3-5 minutes before a person can order, everything else is perfect vibe, the brownies ofcourse the best

Amazing cakes every time, very good collection of cakes matching the global trends, best quality service and delivery. Brownie point cakes are a must for all occasions in our family…. Birthdays, anniversaries…… and of course celebrating every day with tea time cakes!

Disgusting place honestly n there staff too, they dnt knw how to talk to the customer.
I prefer to buy from somewhere else, rather then getting disrespected from there illiterate staff.

I totally loved this small, cosy place, its filled with the aroma of baked cakes and goods.
I tried Honey-Almond tea time cake.
It was so delicious.
It was packed with nuts and sugar sprinkles.
So, if you’re looking out for something really good, try this point.

Initially the quality was very good. But recently I ordered a cake for my maasi's anniversary party. I loved the flavour but the look of the cake was bad. It wasn't looking professional.

It's a nice bakery with a myriad of brownie from hazelnut to caramel and what not. Go for it

No fondants n no butter cream, such pretty cakes without that extra kg of sugar. Excellent hospitality and amazing cakes, brownies, sandwitches and all they make.
P. S the walnut dry cake is out of this world.

Very poor service.they promise you delivery on a specific time but dont deliver.
I think the owner is not managing this place.deepak, manager and other staff are unable to maintain the standard there

I have been coming to this place from almost 2 yrs. All of the brownies are very tasty and the place warms them up also to eat in. For people with a sugar free choices, their oats sugar free cake is wonderful. Don't miss the caramel browny if you ever come here. Try this with vanilla ice cream.

Yesterday we have taken the Rainbow flavor cake, it was awesome. Great quality. Happy with the purchase.
