Excellent service! Went for getting a EV charging point connection for my private 4 wheeler. The gentleman at window 1 was exceptionally helpful and understanding. I had few documents missing which he helped fill.
Window 2 lady (kirti Gupta) was also prompt and helpful!
Many thanks again for gentlemen at window 1. He went out of the way to help!

Vary bad experience no time value after taken appointment and also you have to sit outside

Situated at pocket-1 in Mayur Vihar-1.well maintained.staff are friendly.there are three counters for cash and cheque.connectivity is also good you can park your two wheeler or four wheeler very easily.

Worst company ever. They cut the light every night and switch off their phone call. Govt is not taking any action against them.
