Quite professional attitude of the employees.
Doesn't take too much time to solve the queries of public.

Entry is not from the main road, instead take the turn next to petrol pump and there is a gate behind the building

These people are worst than any state or central government institution. They don't fall under the ambit of RTI also.

Very helpful people particularly ms Taniya Pandey was very courteous- assisted fully.

The electricians are very dedicated. I had requested for some power issue at my home at 4.00 am through customer service. They solved it in 90 minutes by visiting. But I was disappointed to see they do not have much equipments. Their safety needs to be taken care.

Want new electricity connection or want to pay your electricity bills you're welcome here but sometimes staff not available due to rush try to come in after lunch 1: 30pm this place is almost empty with few peoples you can see paying there bills.
