At the time of your visit the counter person will enforce upon you the "request" of writing a review.
These rating and reviews are all fake, the reality of the place is long waiting times, rude behavior of staff and red-tapism. You'll be made to run post to pillar to get your work done. The paperwork is still very cumbersome, grievance redressal is non-existent and online services still take more time than the offline facilities.
Overall, sufferings guaranteed for the people who are paying taxes and also for services.

My visit to Bses office had been wonderful miss Sunan Lata was great very helpful and customer friendly

Hassle free experience. Tokens were assigned in the beginning and turns were according to the queue. The executive answered all our questions.
