This is the worst bus of all. It is better if no one travels in it. Its quality is the worst.

Too poor timing.
Said the bus would start at 8.30 pm from Delhi and reach katra by 10.30 am, but the bus started at 11.30 pm and the driver was continuously stopping in the middle and letting more people in the bus even though the bus was already full.
And the main reason I would never suggest anyone this travel agency is due to the timing, as I said the arrival time was 10.30 am the next morning in katra but by the time we reached Katra was 2.00pm. Late by 3½ hours.
One more worst thing, the bus driver stops at a place called Sagar dhaba at panipat where worst quality food is served and this restaurant charges extra for curd and that too 70 rupees per plate of curd which should be included in the price of dish and that is not mentioned before. I ordered one single plate of pulav and one single plate of veg fried rice, and my bill is 690 rupees (230+220 for rice, 140 for curd and 80 for salad and 20 for water).

Worst travel agency.
Not recommended.

U can book here sleepers and buses for amritsar jammu and find tour buses. Be aware of agents the sell tickets and gain commission get directly in contact with bus conductor

We travelled in a group of 8 from jammu to Delhi. Due to traffic jam on Srinagar highway we couldn't catch our bus. Cool cool Bus operator at Jammu assist and arrange seats in another bus.
Even he was continuously calling us when we were stuck in jam. Many thanks to Cool cool team.

Very bad experience and staff behaviour also bad and no power supply for mobile charger

Easily booked and nice staff but seats are very old and not comfortable.
