Recently visited BTW west end mall janakpuri and they serves best tikki i have ever had.i have ordered several items but TIKKI is the best option here.

Recently visited here. Amazing food and ambience. They serve good quality and quantity food. It's a good place for small group parties.

The taste of aloo tikki chaat was very good. Along with that we also tried their masala dosa and that was also so delicious. Best place for breakfast lunch and dinner.

This is a bad place to have tikki, or any street food for that matter. A plate full of dahi, uncooked slice of tomato, and uncooked paneer cubes isn't aloo tikki. I hope Bittoo realises his tikki isn't tikking the way it should. Not to mention that it's overpriced as heck

Today come on bittu tikki wala janakpuri really there Tikka very nice and Masada Dosa also crispy and very tasty

So bad experience wid it. So bad packing nd Give stale things. Dey people speak to the customer, it is fresh but it is not. So, Don't trust. The most important thing is to taste it before taking anything.

Today we went to this restaurant. The key findings are. 1) The place is extremely unhygienic especially the cooking area. 2) On ordering the person on reception ground floor is without mask and extremely rude while taking order 3) The first floor washbasin area extremely filthy with zero cleanliness. 4) The person who is cooking complaining about less resources to cook. He was also not wearing mask 5) We asked that need dahi Bhalla for my ailing mother and hence give masala and chatni seperately. He flatly refused stating either take two plates or we will give mixed one. Urge BTW to look into hygiene amd staff misbehaviour here. Shocked to see this all.

This ghewar was bought from BTW janakpuri.

First of all the cashier forced me to take this ghewar. I got 1kg ghewar billed but later while packing I asked a piece to taste and it was very hard with sugar crystals on it. I told the cashier to cancel the bill and return me the amount but he very rudely said no and left the counter. Inspite of requesting him he bluntly said no and I was forced to buy this ghewar.

Today while eating, I spotted a insect in the mava on the ghewar. Pictures are attached for reference.

Extremely disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone.

Now-a-days the condition of first floor of BTW in Janakpuri west, Delhi is worse.there is no fan, cooler or AC in glasses covered Hall. The arrangement of drinking water and waste
water (खारा पानी) are at same place without marking, which is more confusing on self- service. The price of same item is Rs 99 before 12: 00 noon and Rs 165 after 12: 00 noon. No one wanna serve even on this situation.

It was awesome.they offer dinning in, packaging, parking and other facilities.it was clean, quiet and it offers a insight experience.loved it️

DONE TRUST THIS BRAND ANY MORE—-Ordered chole bhatire pav bhaji and dahi bhalla food thorough zomato at 2: 35 and got the same at 3: 56 in between called twice at restaurant they said it’s getting prepared got cold bhature with full of oil with 3rd class onion which seems they brought in late night from sabzi mandi rest items were cold. Dahi bhalla i have managed because can eat only cold rest items throughn

Pathetic. Rice served was not cooked ans was inedible. Pizza was served after 45 minutes and when served it was deplorable, and we left most of it on the counter, as it it. Will never visit again.

The crowd, the food, the variety and the ambience pretty much sums up the West Delhi aura here.

There is no match for Bittoo tikki.it is a little bit expensive than other shops but worth every penny. Also I personally like their sweets too.always find them fresh and delicious.

Bittu tikki wala aka btw is one of my favourite spot for street food with quality and hygiene. Their aloo tikki and chole bhature are the best. Only reason for giving 4 star is the price is not like street food little higher but they are completely worth it

Verry bad experience test is good but staff is like maharaja and customer bhikhari de do Bhai sun lo Bhai kaha hai Mera Bhai kaise hai Bhai only chillate raho.

It's serve nice tikki but prices have been increased so it doesn't justify the cost. If you have not tried it then one must try but i guess due to high price of tikki you would not visit again there are many others who serve equally good tikki with similar taste at a cheaper price. Apart from tikki it serves other snacks too but again prices are high

I ordered a Masala Dosa and was extremely disappointed when i found a 'stone' in the dosa mixed with the veges. I didn't expect such a careless behaviour from them! Definitely they are paying no attention towards the food quality about what is being served to their customers.

Didn't find the dishes to be awesome. Mediocre taste. Both dining and take away available Restaurant is located on the first floor — spacious and clean! Overall, good place to dine in with friends and family. Some of their dishes include pav bhaji, dahi bhalle, noodles, sweets and lots more!

Makes one the delicious tikki's. But it is somewhat costly though but it can be enough for two people.

Tasty variety for vegetarians, foody people.sweets are yummy.ticky mouthwatering.eveything up to the mark

This place is a very old place famous for tikki. The explansion in restaurant is not very good. Staff not good. Self service not good. Food is ok. Price is reasonable but not neat, not efficient. If we plan to expand brand than we should improve brand standard also. Needs to review

They were not having good service.no ac facility was there.the food was also average.if want to sit and eat then for chatts chole bhature or pav bhaji u have to bring food from down stairs and then have it on 1st floor

Pav bhaji is damn pathetic dont ever try here same is d case for paneer tikka. Its speciality is tikki only. These days i dont understand why ppl.are mad about olive oil for frying, they dont understand its not for frying like done in india. Tikki taste beat in desi ghee only btw lost its old taste n charm. I didnt like even a single thing at this place in chaat items. I am not commenting on honey chilli pitato etc as i hadnt tried.

Very good place at Rohini.all type of food Chinese, south Indian, bhalle papdi, pav bhaji.special type of kulfi, must try.sweets are also available here.you can ptm or give cash

BTW is one of my favorite restaurant in janak puri district centre I have visited over their for many times, had their food so many time they are really good at deserts their rasmalai is soo awesome and what to say about Gulab jamun it's really great. Thanx BTW for serving this much tasty sweets.

U will nt find much variety. Now they hv drastically reduced the qty of material in tandoori Platter. No value for money.

A very renown place for tikki, their customer service is really poor. You would have to come down and get your chats or tilki then take it up as they have self service only. They have dropped their taste in tilki. Which use to be their USP.

Ac and fans in the dinning space are not sufficient. Cooling is very bad. Event at the counter pen is not available for give my comments

Nothing great about its quality. Low on portion size. High on price. Self service is major deterrent to visit this place

Good food however the quality is not at par with Haldiram. Staffs are not polite. They just work. Not very clean. Garbage in a corner.when you require any customisation they say. This is like that. Aise hi aayega.
Ok if you want to have quick bite.

Today my tikki order 2 plate and delivered only 1 plate. And BTW phone not working I'll try many times. And no response and tikki total salted, waist money and cheat.
