I Visited This Place Few Days Back And I Ordered Their 2 Types Of Meal And Whopper. They Serve Burger, Fast Food, Desserts And Shake. This Place Is Located In V3s Mall, Ground Floor

Talking About Their Meal I Tried Their 2 Types Of Meal One With Cold Drink And Another One With Cold Coffee. In Their Meal It Had Burger Of Your Choice, French Fries And Cold Drink Of Your Choice. So Talking About Their Burger It Was Yummy And Tasty. I Give It To 5/5. Now Coming To Their French Fries. It Was Disgusting. They Put So Much Salt In The Fries. After That Coming To Their Cold Coffee, I Don't Like Strong Coffee So I Didn't Like It But If You Like Strong Coffee Than You Can Give It A Try. Atlast Talking About Their Whopper It Was Also Not So Good.

Overall I Didn't Like This Outlet Of Burger King. But If You Visit This Place So You Can Have Their Burgers Otherwise Not Good At All.

I just visited Burger King, V3s, and the staff named Ali, was not attentive with his duties. He did not know the order and I was telling him half of the things. He did not even give tissues with the order. Very ignorant behaviour.

The only Burger King with such pathetic customer service.

Had crispy veg burger meal.
Burger tasted stale, not crispy at all
Fries were over salted, unhealthy and really bad.
Service was sloppy, impersonal.
Ambiance was not bad.
Please don't waste your money there

It is as good as other burger king restaurants.the food here is good and it has self service but it is good.the atmosphere is also good here.you should try their cold coffee which is very good.you can also have ice cream softie which is good.

I visited burger King at V3S mall with my family. Food was good but service was ok. The Place was very dirty and table was broken. I called someone to clean the table many times but no one listen. I use to visit there many times but now this outlet is getting worst. Should improve the service. Showing some photos and videos below.

I ordered two burgers from burger king both burgers were so rubbish crispy veg burger patti very soft no crispy and without any veggies very bad experience to burger king please don't order from burger king at night

Pathetic BURGER KING AND SWIGGY. I ordered 3 burgers on swiggy for this outlet and it made us wait for an hour. Mr Harish the store manager told its due to high number of order but when i enquired then it revealed no pending orders lined up. Seriously pathetic Manager and his team service.
Moreover the burgers delivered were too cold and was of bad quality. And swiggy didn't even responded for such bad experience.

My favourite place to have burgers.the staff is always pushy about trying out new offers though so that's a minus point.

This Burger King is spacious and has a variety of food items available in the menu. I'm Especially a fan of their BK cafe, they have everything from shakes to coffee to muffins. My all time favorite would be the berry thick shake. It's very rich and fulfilling. A little pricey, but I guess it's worth it. I am not a fan of their burgers but I love the crispy chicken wrap and the cheesy fries, my guilty pleasure meal.

Good and tasty food and now there is a cheap combo 99, let try again
And just try to free orange cream pls that is so tasty with fries,

Dine it at burger king for a delicious and tasty food.
You are not going to get upset by your decision.

Worst experience ever with this branch of burger king. We ordered 2 crisp veg burgers but got some other. Also the staff was also not properly attentive. Spoiled my whole mood of having a burger

Burger King are very great place. Staff are very attentively and most beautiful behaviour. Staff member face it multiple task and easly clearly all task. Very great staff and very great guest. Managers and other staff so great. I really like it good job all members and guest

The Retrurent was is so good and cleen one thing was goos is that employees are so clever and sweet

Burger King is my favourite place to have burgers. I ordered the Paneer Overload Burger and the Whopper. Both the burgers tasted delicious. I also got peri-peri fries and Berry Blast shake. Everything was so good and I loved it. I took off a star because the place was so crowded. Had to wait some time to get seated.

Be confident when r ordering, bcoz they are trying to manipulate you and forced you in dominating way to place Meals.
They are looted.

Yesterday I ordered 2 crispy veg double patty burgers from Burger King Laxmi Nagar v3s mall restaurant yesterday costing Rs 285 and they sent me very cheap quality food.which is in between just two breads without cream without vegetables As you can see in the image, I have got very poor quality burgers. Better quality than this is of Gupta ji's burger, which we get in Laxmi Nagar on the road side for 20 rupees. These people have looted.high shop faded dish

I have been there by thurday (04/11/2021) and ordered "Chicken Wings - Fried (8 Pcs) which is cost 279/- according to there menu but once I proceeded my order they ask me for deep sauce and I denied again he said then I asked him is it complementary or paid he said it cost 20rs each and I m agreed with 1 deep sauce and given him cash of 2000rs note and he charged 317rs order competed and I asked for bill and he denied and said you will get it to your phone via sms so I waited but after few minutes again I asked for bill but they convinced me by saying there is some network problem you will get after sometime. I got my fried chicken with dip sauce (Quantity was not more than a Ketchup pouch of 1 rupee). Chicken was too oily and not worthy of my money. I thought it will be like KFC but I hurt my expectations. Before leaving again I asked for bill and I got the same answer. It's been 3 days I haven't got my bill.
Is there any responsible person who can reply me back with there answer?

Staff is not cooperative.we asked for meal options so they gave us option that was expensive when meal was available for price lower than that and also while preparing invoice they entered wrong mobile number as result of which bill was sent to other number and instead of apologizing for error person is giving attitude. #shameless. Worst experience. Pathetic.

Very pathetic service they don't care about there customer please guys don't order or go there they just abuse customer

Food is good but the hospitality and the staff is just not good. I mean if we are sitting there then the staff ask us to leave after sometime that's so rude

Fabulous taste, great packaging of food, nominal price of food. Really awesome experience. Thank you Burger King!

This burger King staff is not good he trying you to buy some other stufff and the manger is very cheap mentality

The double whopper mutton burger tastes awesome. Great for a "cheat-day" if you're on a diet and need to indulge. Home delivery times are good too.
