Zero hygiene at this place…even on repeatedly asking to clean the table the staff just simply ignored and table was never cleaned.also customers are forced to sit amid flies and mosquitoes.and someone at the counter was busy showing off skills to others how to convert a regular burger to medium and package packing and stuff. A reputed franchise as burger king is expected to maintain their name. A street vendor has better etiquettes and hygine standards… very bad experience this tym

Very bad experience today. Firstly staff manipulated us to buy different combo which was expensive for same food items.

The staff was busy talking to themselves rather than seeing the customers. The food was good and tasty.

Food was served cold and the burgers were not made properly. The sauce and filings were not proper and when asked to replace the burgers, the staff said that this is properly made following all the steps and refused to exchange the meals

It's expensive. But place is clean and orders are prompt. The ac on the upper level wasn't working though.

I had to give 1 star only bcoz merko waha ke staff ka behaviour psnd nhi aya they don't give as ka hand bag for carry aur meals so they behaviour was 0 zero

Manager did not give us complaint book to write the complaint and offered no resolution for this and her behavior was rude to other staff and she was screaming very loud as she could not manage anything. Overall very bad condition and mismanagement.

Is not a manners with behave with a customer.

We are going for take away with a burger King but your manager use abuse language with us and he will a warning for a police complaint.

We are regular customers from this branch but we are little bit late he will say to us no take away allowed from our side do order from swiggy or zomoto.

We say we need a order quickly he say no any order is here and h will call to police please check the video in attachment.

And I will make a virel video in social media.

Good place for hangout has one seprate floor for sitting. Polite staff. You can also book the sitting floor for birthday party and all.

The nachos inside the newly introduced Italian burger were soggy like rubber. When we asked the manager to let us try a sample from the fresh lot that were too soggy like rubber.
The floor was dirty like a local dhaba.
There was empty soap dispensers in the washroom.

Service delayed but overall, you can visit this place and have a good time with friends and family.

Ordered same wish cheese in one they added and in another they did not though i have asked thek to check if they hame put the cheese in the burger.the boy who has prepared it opened them and checked and told me that cheese has been added but look how they checked it.this is not acceptable i want my refund for the amount i have paid for the cheese.

In this branch u also have to tackle tha attack of the mosquitos, along with the burgers,
U will feel the irrittation
