People are talking about Just Bengali and this is Mini Bengal. Prices in this market are reasonable and food is fresh. Do Not Buy Clothes from this market. Only eatables-fresh and cooked and lots of sweets to choose from.

Nice place to buy bengali goodies like sweet berry pickles and khejur gud in winter.you can try some delicious dal bori for your ghonto

Love this place. Heart of C. R. Park. Great place for foodies as in this market, 90% shop's are related to food items. Here we get groceries, raw fish, sweets, chowmein, bengali chops - alu chop, beguni, Vegetable chops and Biryani, momos etc.

The market is very clean and hygienic. But One thing is here is items are little bit costlier, especially the raw fish. If we want to buy fish, should opt for Indira fish market near Ravidas Marg as there we can get fish much more cheaper than market no. 1. But quality of fish is A class in market No. 1 compared to Indira Market.

Good market where you get everything thing and some of the typical food items which are preferred by persons from Eastern part of India. Though it is a Bengali market but you will get Odia, Assamese customers visiting this place for food and non veg items. Also, lots of food joints makes it a happening place with foodies. You can get pakodi, ghugni, rolls, biryani, full meal restaurants like Annapurna, biryani Blues etc. A must visit place if you want to have something different from the regular parathas, samosas or chole Bhathure.

Great place to do chai pe charch, as it is filled with chai lovers. It has alot of food outlets to satisfy your hunger and give delight to your cravings. Market has rolls, chaat corner, Chinese food, platter, shawrma, and various other snacks. Its on main road and easy to locate and has good parking space for both car and two wheelers. It got a great vibe with it, as you can find people playing carrom, discussion on politics, economy etc. There is a book/magzine stall too. It also has grocery shops nd big fish market, where you can get any fish/prawn/crab etc at great rates but don't forget to bargain

It reminds me of long time spent by me in Kolkata ten years back, I also like this place because of some romantic moments spent by me with my beloved one. A local market place where you can get the daily stuffs. The fish market over there is pretty good actually which have good variety of fishes available Also you can enjoy the good bengali cuisines in the nearby shops.

Went there with one of my friends. This market houses many a sweet shops selling bengali delicacies, grocessery stores, take away food outlets, snacks stalls etc. We had Golgappas there which is quite tasty & popular as well. We also tried a bengali sweet & that was yummy! Guys go there if you happen to feel the bengali culture or cuisines!

Only for food lover, Jhalmurhi of CR park market no 1 is awesome whenever I used to visit there or nearby there I used to pack atleast 2 package as so yummy.and Kalibadi of CR park just near to the market no 1 this place is also good for morning evening walk and surrounding fresh air nearest metro would be Govind puri GK one.

Overpriced Fish
I bought Rahu for 280 rs kg. And after getting it cut rahu was 1.75kg for Rs. 730 which is equal to Rs. 417 per kg after cutting the fish.

One can easily get Rs. 400 per kg neat and clean, cut and packaging fish from online why to go to the place and buy then.

This market is controlled by Bengali peoples, all kind of fish, prawn, crabs are available but due to fresh stuffs they are charging slightly high compared to other places of Delhi.

Varieties of fish available here are good. Little expensive than other markets. Wish they do something to stop water dripping from the platforms on to the walkway.

Nice market with different fish verities. It is a bit congested and can be a bit cleaner. However you can bargain and get fresh quality fishes in reasonable rate.

Rude behaviour, over priced market. Vendors are not at all friendly and they don't give discount of single penny. Fishes were also not fresh. I went to buy some fish but seeing condition of the market And behaviour of the vendors and poor quality of fish I returned and went to Modern Bazaar and got some good fish with reasonable price.

Awesome place for family visits and the Kalibari adds to the essence of the place giving you a pure Bengali appeal. A must visit place for a Kolkata longing person.

Don't buy Hilsha from here. They are saling duplicate Hilsha fish at as high as 1500/- per kg. Today I went to CR Park from Gurgaon, just to buy 1 kg Hilsha. The shop keeper even assured me repeatedly that the fish is good one.
After cooking and eating we realized that the fish has neither flavour nor any kind of test at all. Feeling cheated and angry.
It's better to get cheated by buying Hilsha at 600/- from somewhere else.

Best place to get fresh water fish. A fav market for Bengalis n other fish eaters. Large variety of fish available like Indian Rohu, Katla Panda, prawns, surmai, bass, pamphret and many more.

For Bengali people staying in & around Delhi it's one of the best market. Lot of variety of sweet water fish, fresh vegetables, Bengali household grocery available here. Vegetables are little bit expensive but find good quality. Bengali sweet shop as well as book shop is also available here. Hygiene of food stalls are not up to the mark. At the entrance you can find goddess Kali temple. From Gurgaon I visit this market on weekends for buying fish.

One of the best place to get the variety of fish available market. Last time I went there and I got to know that they have home delivery options.

Good market where u can get very good sweets and fish. All bengali items like khejuri gur (jaggery), poshto (poppy seeds), panchforon, jharna ghee, available here. Also u can find different types of fish. Both raw and cooked. There are shops where u get cutlets, chowmein, moghlai paratha, lollypops, and a new shop eher u can find tandoor on a bike.

Awesome place for authentic Kolkata golgappas/phuchkas.
Also awesome for all the Bengali snacks, sweets, goodies, veggies etc. Lovely place for foodies to wander around in the evening.
