Very bad customer care and receptionist! Doesn’t answer questions neither they pick calls, even if they do they cut the calls unnecessarily! Idio*ic customer service and staff with zero customer handling behaviour

Kindly don't go there.they are rude & gud in making excuses for not handling patients, specially referred from govt. Hospitals, CGHS etc. (treatment is pathetic)

It is the worst diagnostic centre who just wanna gather patients from everywhere but if there's any issue with the report or bill, THEY SAY THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.
The receptionist Amandeep kaur is just an unaware employment whose role is to roam around and give excuses to everyone. Every single patient is either arguing or fighting or complaining. Even the ECO, MRI, CT technician keep fighting for their payments.

There is a receptionist nam Amandeep kaur she does not know to talk and behave. With the patients as well as with her staff… Super rude and she behaved like she owns the building…. Worst experience

Very unprofessional. 30 min of doppler and ultrasound done onle in max 8-10 minutes. The receptionist don't even know about the tests written in prescription.

Owner misguides patient, specially the one who have some type of DGhs or Cghs card. Charges way above the Cghs rate for simple procedures.

My sister went there for a MRCP scan (by the services provided by govt). They didn't answered her properly, made her wait for 8 hours, talked very badly when asked something and also the MRI didn't even take place.
EDIT: my sister took an appointment before and they called her at 11 AM and she reached there on time. They literally made her wait for 8 hours just for a MRI scan. They could send her home by saying that MRI couldn't be done today but they haven't. The staff broke the queue by sending the person first who is paying and is not using the govt scheme. When she questioned the staff about the delay and this behaviour that they were sending the person who's paying first, the only thing they said is wait for 2 mins more. Then I talked to the person named Sandeep Sharma and just asked him about the delay and he's answerable to all my questions but never explained me about the delay. I know MRI scans don't take much time. Then what was the reason of delay. Please note that such behaviour by the medical institutions is not acceptable

Really disappointed with the receptionist in morning shift she is very rude and dont know how to talk. Must say dont waste your time here

Reception staff is very polite Amandeep Kaur is very helpful or coperative but Technician is not good they don't have manners to how to talk the patient as well as staff.

Very unprofessional, rude and unethical people. Not even act as per medical code of conduct. Extremely poor service. The staff at the reception are not just rude but also uncooperative. People here will make you wait for more than 2hrs. Go there only if you don't have any other option and want yourself bothered and humiliated by the staff of this centre.

I visited the centre with my patient named shayara begum. The timing of the report was 7 pm bt instead of 7pm we received it very next day by quarrelling with the technician. His behaviour is very rude n he is abusive in nature.while the receptionist mam is very co-operate n humble. Thanks.

C15 lab is providing reasonable services as compared to other labs.
We got our mri done of spine at very reasonable price. Front desk staff was very polite and explain me everything very well.

Just called to inquire about ultrasound the receiver doesn’t even have the decency to talk properly regarding the service just straight away said NO! I wonder how the staff will be in person? !

The worst lab in the area!
Don't go to this place ever. Their process is too slow. They never give the reports on time.
They made me wait for more than 6 hours when I went to collect the report on the time mentioned by them.

Worst experience ever!
They told me that I can get reports the same day in the evening but when I reached the next day, the made me wait for more than 6 hours.
The behaviour of the arrogant lady at the reception is intolerable.
Please don't come here for medical tests.

I visit mri diagnostics centre and absorved doctors behaviour not good for patient and also thier staff.i never to recommend to anyone go there for any treatment but receptionist and thier staff behaviour too gud for patients.

Good service at diagnostic center, my experience with C15 mri diagnostic imaging center is excellent.

I went there as i had heard good things about it but after going there, i was filled with regret. Outdated machines, casual careless technicians and unreliable reports. Had a horrifying experience. I went for a spine xray and the technicians mishandled and twisted me according to the machine’s requirement to hide their inadequate infrastructure.
Their obsolete machine could not complete my xray properly so they took me for ct scan, which was hurtful too. Pathetic place. Never go

Rude and unfriendly receptionist. I called to inquire about ultrasound for fatty liver (doc had asked to go empty stomach). I checked with the receptionist at 9.30am and she said you can come but the doctor will come after 10. We went around 10 and had to wait for about an hour, they didn’t care if the patient was empty stomach for so long, nor did they consider letting us know when exactly we should have come. Expecting us to wait indefinitely is the most horrible service!

To much waiting time for providing Ultrasound Report and lady says don't stay here as we follow covid instructions but at gate they don't have sanitizer, no water facility, no body temperature check and security guard some available and sometime not available and reception lady saying stay at outside in piping hot summer wait till 5 pm.
5. The staff was discriminatory with the patient between private patients and refered patient by Pt. Madan Mohan Malviya Hospital.lady reception also argue with old age persons and saying I Will call security.

Worst place. Even after telephonic commitment, they refused the ultrasound and asked for higher amount going against the panel price. Pathetic and Most unprofessional.

They took too much time to get us the report. The receptionist said that we would get the report within half an hour but had to wait for 3 hrs to get it. The report itself was skeptical and the doctor suggested for MRI. What is the point of Sonography when you can't come with conclusion as to what is the problem. You could have offered MRI scan at the first go. Not a good experience though. We will be consulting other doctors for assurity

One of the best Diagnostic Centre in Delhi / NCR. One should definitely try if needed. Accurate reports and Very Professional staff to attend you.

Me and My Family have been visiting this Diagnostic centre for many years and for all kind of tests. For any test or reports we visit this place only. Accurate Reports, Experienced Doctors and Service oriented Staff and all these at Better and Much more Economical Rates than other Centres.

Got Ultrasound done.

I consulted 2 doctors, both said the clarity is not there.
Even the size of stone was not mentioned.

The charges are also high as compared to other labs.

Doctor is not cooperative, staff is third class, attitude problem, irresponsible doctor for giving report, money minded only.thanks for wishes, my sister was with my father because you people totally denied to cooperate just because of covid.even you were not there at the time of CT.nobody is responsibile to say that next day u have to come to collect the report.it was my sister who requestes you to mail it.but next day till afternoon no mail was received.which I faced the problem I shared.

I have been visiting this diagnostic center since so many years and for all kind of tests. It has become our family diagnosis center. For any test or reports we visit this place only. Genuine reports, friendly staffs, service oriented and all these in economical rates. Kudoz to the team.

They are not concerned about the patient and don’t honor phone appointments. Asked me to come to the center with my sick relative but when we reached the center, they refused to perform the diagnostic test. Arrogant doctor sitting in the diagnostic room was in too much hurry to leave. These people only know how to make money, and don’t care for patients’ lives.

Place is easily approachable, ample parking and well maintained, Doctor are experienced, if you want final opinion get it. One of the experienced Ultrasonologist

Wonderful experience, I had gone for all tests Blood profile, Ultrasound for pregnancy, its really a good experience to see your baby on 4D ultrasound, they have latest machine, the doctor is experience to show me the babies nose, chin and lens too. Amazing experience

Pathetic services, Dr. Sandeep sharma doesn't have sense how to talk with the patient, Dr.sharma is there to only make money, my wife having seviour stomach ache and she was crying due to fever and pain, we went there for just an ultrasound as we have taken prior appointment @11.30am, and we have to wait 2.30 hours for the same, many times asked with reception people they even not interested to listen to us, even not ready to tell us how much time they are gonna take for the test, Dr.sharma was busy with his tea party with his known person, and not even bother to answer their staff as well, one fatty lady was sitting in the reception was continue on phone chatting with someone, she even not turned her face up to see.patient gone inside and within 4 minutes she just turned up back saying test is done, doctor not checked her properly he even not touched the stochmach area where patient is having pain, he even not see the prescription nor even ask for it, ultrasound pelvis and kub to be done as our doctor specifically asked for it but here they have done ultrasound whole abdomen, we have to get this test done again as abdominal part completely not covered, I personally suggest don't waste your time with C-15 diagnostic as they are working for the commissions, center try some other option or try to get it done in the hospitals. I raise a complaints against Dr.sandeep sharma in consumer court.

The Best centre for MRI in the area, you don't need to wait much for your turn and reports are very Authentic too. Kudos to the Highly professional Team!

Hello c15 mri.plz replace ur MRI SCAN MACHINE. BECOZ MRI MACHINE IS OLD. MAINE MRI KARAYA THA. BUT DOCTOR TOLD NE THAT UR MRI DATA IS NOT PROPER. ND PLZ DR SANDEEP APPSE REQUEST HAI KE APP EN SAB BAATO PAR DHYAN DE. BECOZ APPKE WAHA JO MACHINE SE MRI HOTA HAI WOH KAFI OLD HAI. DOCTOR NE JAB MERA REPORT DEKHA TOH BOLA KE APPKA MRI DATA WRONG HAI.
