It was a great place to meet up with friends. Nice ambience. Only thing I didn't like was the presence of mosquitoes inside the Cafe. Coffee and muffins were fine too. Lighting could be made brighter. Coffee house doesn't have to have a romantic atmosphere. It should be casual and bright.

Can someone please help if entry is from inside Rajeev chowk metro station and it has outside seating as well and or if its located outside of metro station?

Great experience in this cafe, really good attention from all the staff, the manager Ubaid showed us all his passion for this job and he takes care of the place and clients really good. Loved it

The food is disgustingly bad. The cheese tastes like it's made from rubber and the bread is stale and chalky.
We ordered a muffin and received one half the size of those in the display cabinet

Instant coffee is better than what they serve here.

Great drinks and the staff and service was top notch. The manager Ubaid gave us a great experience, showing us coffee techniques with real skill and great manners. Also took us out to see how chai is made for real on the street. A real joy!

I went to this place for a snack and go to the toilet during a shopping day.
They said the toilet was busy and then I ordered and paid. Only after the order they said the toilet was out of service. Not fair, in my opinion.
Anyway, the milkshakes were good but I had to go to the McDonald's, order other food and go to the toilet. More reliable.

This place is now no more for personal outing. Has become only for business meetings. If you are couple or visiting personally don't go here.

Nice coffee taste and interior looks amazing feels good.
Yes if you look at price it's high but fit to the quality of the coffee.but it worthy.

Request from staff - I recently visited this cafe quite oftened and had listend to a song which I cant recall. Could you help me with name of the song. I searched the whole internet but cant find it.

It keeps bugging me but I am neither remember the title or middle part of the song.

This particular ccd has the worst ambience and is making worst coffees and drinks all over india. Its situated on rajiv chowk metro station which is a convenient location to meet up but i would recommend everyone to visit somewhere else instead of wasting your time and money

Pathetic staff! Pathetic product! Ice wasn’t there! When it came after 20-25 minutes he took my order and gave devils own in just 2 minutes! I never tasted such devils own coffee in any other outlet! It was more like a chocolate shake with no taste either!

Staff behaviour is too rude. Not have value of costumer time
And too lazy staff giving excuses to costumer's again'and again that wait 10 min. Even for cleaning too.

I gave u genuine feedback. Whenever we heared name CCD we imagine good thought about best quality. But when I purchased a cake a plum cake I am totally disatisfied. They guys gave me that cake amount of 520/-. I also said I need to gift so please provide best one, they gave me rediculous cake. I hate it.

Everybody loves CCD. It's just opposite metro station and right on Janpath near cannought place. So a good central point to hold lengthy business meetings.

I guess earlier it was much better.its still good but somehow I don't get the same vibe now

Nice and soothing ambience. Very caring staff and importance to taste is given. Just one thing disturbing it all was their mixer grinder sound.
This place also has very good sound absorption setting.

First experience in ccd was good & you will feel a little warm temperature with a sweet fragrance of brownies and coffee/chocolate.

A cosy and warm place to sip coffee and snacks. The staff takes 15-20 minutes to get the order ready, so stay patient as you get food served hot and fresh. Coffee is good and staff service is impeccable! Recommend for small B’day meets or quick cake cutting. Once I visited this cafe at late night 11: 30-12 and it was still open. So a nice place in the central Delhi area to chill and hangout with your friends. Do try the garlic bread, tastes yummy!

As it was a hot wet muggy day not the best of days to be sitting outdoors. However the smily service they give there made the visit special.

Opposite to Gate of Taj palace, Nice open sitting area. After 5 pm nice to sit with coffee. Economical and hygienic

One of the most beautiful ambience of CCD can be found here only. So peaceful, so green, so relaxing. Must visit place.

Nice cafe just opposite to Taj hotel.popularly known as CCD, Taj.good for people of any age to enjoy the cafe but parking can be little problem on weekends as this place doesn't have proper parking space.

Goto place for ambience. They need to watch the facilities it's yuck, if you plan to spend good hours empty your bladder at your place.

Clean toilets are the only nice things about cafe coffee days. This didn't really deliver on that also

It is always been a great experience visiting at Ccd. That place is so beautiful with great ambience. The staff is also disciplined. Always have a fabulous time with my buddies. The crowd is decent and well mannered too especially on the weekends.

One of the best CCD I have witnessed in my life. Good vives nice crowd and parking was managed smoothly.

If only there was less than 1 star to rate them. As if poor quality food wasn’t enough this CCD has now topped it with Impolite and Impatient staff. I am forced to believe Pandemic has hit them in the head.
They took our order at 7: 53pm (without mentioning that they will close down by 8 pm) and while we waited, 3 different staff repeatedly asked us to leave even before the order came (while allowing others to finish their cigarrettes and orders).
When we complained about our order, the staff was not only uninterested, they again told us to leave!
Though I appreciate restaurants need to follow government orders of closing down at specified time, these guys could atleast mention it before taking the orders. It clearly shows money mindedness and an approach of humiliation towards customers. Definitely not going back!

One of the best cafe coffee days in the entire county. Open air seating. Perfect place to enjoy the weather with some cappuccino or Frappe. Perfect location. Good service. Lot of parking and good view of the beautiful Taj Hotel. Popularly known as Taj CCD. A better experience than any of the Starbucks, barista or Costas around.

Awesome outlet of CCD. Though over staffed. Serves good coffee got a good ambience. Gives discount to faujis and their dependents. Covered with lots of trees, open till 11.30.

Great place to hang out with friends and family or for business meetings right in front of Taj Palace Hotel in New Delhi. Go for cold coffee or Iced Tea in the summers.

One of the waiter asked me to install Cafe Coffe Day apps on Playstore and assured that I'll get one samosa from for free which I did as told (I am not eager for the samosa though). And even notified them while ordering a coffee. Plus extra bucks charged without my knowledge. I would never ever recommend anyone to go there as they are fooling people.

CCD can really proving there tag line a lot can happen over coffee - a person might get heart attack while looking over their menu,

1) the place is quiet and a good meeting point
2) this place had power sockets so that you can charge laptops and mobile's

Cons
1) over rated and over costly coffee, you can get Nescafe's big jar in one cup's coffee price here, cappuccino is served at 357₹, for god sake, keep it worthy with the taste
2) coffee doesn't taste like heaven as the price are, the coffee is simple and you can make a better coffee at home
3) over costly, extra costly
4) No snacks are served in one cup coffee price

My suggestion is to make a good coffee at home and enjoy with your family

It's a cafe coffee day. Spacious. Good place for meetings, discussions or a date. Good crowd, good service.

They ambience of this place is very good and very suitable for casual hangout or work meetings. The food is a bit over priced taking the taste in consideration. Its not bad but that great either.

Regular water is not available to drink. Only bottle water available which is also without seal. How it is possible in any restaurant?

I went there just for the view. I personally don't like ccd that much except for its corn- spinach sandwich.

I bought a dutch truffle chocolate cake and to my surprise it had tangy orange flavor mixed, which was horrible in taste.
Either they should mention the flavor clearly or keep a sample tester for all cakes, neither of which was available.
All in all it spoiled our celebration.

Nice Place to spend time with your partner friend family good location but car parking is a big issue here all over location is good.

No doubt one of the best things happened to Delhi.

This is a big CCD store as compared to other CCD outlets. This is located in front of the Taj hotel.
It has open area to sit. It is a nice place to hangout with friends. Even one can come here with family members too.
However, it has higher price for every item they serve and quality is not as per the price.
It has awesome ambiance.
There are a few clothing stores where one can buy clothes as per their requirements. Recently, one 'Salad Factory' store is opened closeby.

This was the only fancy place to hangout or have a meal, there were expensive ones at the Taj Palace but I am counting on quick bites.
I had a Samosa and a cappuccino, both of which were good. I think they should keep restraints over the smoking zones, if it exists or not; I was completely surrounded by them.
Seating is open as well as indoor. I got the order delivered pretty quickly on my table, also I like the method of delivery here instead of waiting for our order and receiving it ourselves.

Service was not up to the mark. Ordered masala tea, first it was served without any tea bag, on request an Assam tea was provided, correct order was delivered on second request. Asked for extra hot coffee at the counter, was served below normal temp. SLA was way below mark.

Great place to sit and work at it also provides you with the decent Wi-Fi connectivity.the cookies with the coffee or gone so what you get really is upscale CCD coffee.

Well. Coffee was as usual CCD taste. But one thing which made me giving them 2 star is - I had to return garlic bread twice coz they were soggy and even after the second time didn't get them in time. Either it's coz of New year's rush or the manager was really easy on his responsibility today.

This one is of the best CCD s in Delhi. They have a wonderful ambiance with outdoor sitting and a lot of greenery. Menu is usual as all CCDs have. Go there for the ambiance.

Had a terrible experience. The staff is extremely confused and they don't know whom to charge what. They charged us for our order and while we were leaving, created an embarrassing situation and charged us for something that none of us ordered. Furthermore, they don't have any contact information to ask them for our money back. All in all, a cheating establishment

Way too many people smoking in a non smoking zone who refused to put out the cigarettes even after being requested. What is worse is the CCD staff does not object to smoking in the non smoking zone (clearly marked out). Coffee was served with too much milk. Overall the place is located good, but is best avoided esp if you are a non smoker

Spotted this quiet but upscale outlet of Café Coffee Day in Connaught Place today.
Staff was very professional and the ambience was of a reception area within a five star hotel.
My tea was served promptly and I managed to relax for a while before a meeting. Food options were aplenty but I just had the Assam tea.

I would have given 5 stars if the coffee and food would have been as good as the Location.
The location and ambience is superb.
The place is mostly crowded and is one of the best places in Delhi to have coffee outdoor.

One of the best coffee chain in india it is with out any doubt. And all the more they live up to the expectations as well. Product line is extremely good. People generally go there for a cup of coffee, meetings gatherings get togethers celebrations birthday etc. This one cafe coffee day in particular is at a very special place in delhi. Although there is no wheel chair parking available with this cafe coffee day nor do they offer any specialized seating for person on wheel chair. Even entrance is not such as where wheel chair could enter with ease. Otherwise romantic and contemporary place i will have to call it. As usual prices are kept in such a way that road side romeos will find it hard to order anything here. Only those who can afford a Rs 150 and above worth of coffee will think of coming to the place. Seating are mostly available. It attracts good crowd of south delhi and other places.

"Pathetic" is one word to describe this place! Pay 450/- (more expensive than at Leela Palace) for a tasteless cappachino, no froth, not smooth at all! Dirty toilet! Avoid Absolutely!

Good place to start your day with a coffee in hand.this shop opens everyday, i ordered a coffee and a sandwich, coffee taste was soo good as was the sandwich.and you can also enjoy the great view of connaught palace from here.
