Well, what a let down.

I recently travelled to Delhi and this particular outlet has been such a let down.

The tandoori chicken burger that I ordered looked more like a keema burger.

The cappuccino too was off.
The other CCD outlets have much better quality.

The products were fresh and the dining facilities were also good. The cashier and other staff are quite humble and all together it is a great experience. Although, i might have a complaint with those high prices.

The place has a lot of potential, sadly underutilized.
Food is good. Service has been below par multiple times (delays, little regard for customer toppings preference or allergies, etc.).
Hope this will get better in the future.

Indoor and outdoor seating are available, and pets are allowed. Great vibe, good food and warm staff makes this particular CCD one of my fav in Delhi.

A small Marketplace holds this Foodchain in the natural Vicinity of South Delhi. A wonderful Green place Near West End situated in Shanti Niketan.

It's the location. The tranquility in the middle of heavy traffic laden area that makes it worth it.

Best place to have a hot coffee without any roof over your head.they served me a stale Samosa which ended up upsetting my stomach!

Decent ambience, with outdoor seating. Decent service too. But very limited options on edibles and coffee, so don't expect much. No takeout option as well.

Staff is nice but coffee is just average.
The music is dull and on repeat since ages.
The only esp of the place would be the open seating and ambience created with the park beside.

A good place to have your food. Even if you have brought your own food, they won't stop you to eat on the benches.
I went there for sandwich but it wasn't available there. They pack most of things in the transparent plastic sheet, that's really very awful. If you are putting the food in refrigerator then no need of plastic sheet. Please don't unnecessarily produce waste.

Bit pricey now I paid 330 for regular cappuccino and americano. Rest all is fine. Toilet was bit small for a big person.

Loved this place when there were only true coffee lovers present, now a bunch of youths occupy the place smoking and playing cards and even consuming alcohol. The management doesn't care because instead of being empty they prefer any sort of people.
Elegant folks can prefer going to Taj Ccd instead of Shanti Niketan till the management cleans up the shanti niketan Ccd. In my opinion.

They called it longue (with longue price list) just coz it located in motibagh.

But uncomfortable inside.

Service was also not that good.

Hope CCD shut this branch.

Great place with both open area and a cloosed dining area. U can even smoke in open area and have fun with ur company

I am right now at this CCD outlet where is was served with Cold Coffee and potato vege. It was very unfortunate to get plastic wrapper, tissue paper, plastic peices in my cold coffee. It was my worst experience at this CCD outlet. The staff is good but if this service is given to a consumer then only God can save you. I would like to alert people going to such places, kindly check before consuming anything.
Short and sweet this place sucks.my whole mood of refreshment is gone for a toss.
I would surely like to have a word with the Territory Manager at the earliest.

The ambience is very eye catchy. However, the staff were found to be in joyous mode. Everything else was okay.

One of the best ccd you'll find. As per my experience I think it's better than even the taj one! Main highlight is the crowd and the crew. The crew members are soo sweet and there will be not any kind of nuisance soo you can relax. One of the best place to chill!

Out of the very few good options in that market, it is a good place to visit.

I have visited this place twice and loved this place. Indoor sitting is normal as other ccd with very few tables. But the best thing about this place is the out door sitting which is so well arranged.
The staff there is really sweet and helpful.

This place is worth paying a visit for the out-door sitting (prefferable to go there in winter) ️

This cafe has a distinctive place in the locality because this is not an area of high end restaurants and cafes even though it's arguably the most expensive residential zone. You can chill here either in the rather stuffy insides or under the tree outside where tables have been put.

The menu is small but one goes there for cold or hot beverages.

Under the tree its usual to find groups of younger people lounging and having long chats. You may find a young lady smoking away (so far I did not see boys smoke) and no one minds.

Parking your car on the colony road outside the cafe is not tough.

One of the best coffee shop around due to its outside seating, the ambience of this place is really nice and the coffee of the shop is also good.this places experience good amount of crowd, due to that you don't even find a place to sit especially on weekdays. This place is located in Shanti Niketan. The service is also fine.

Very average. Most of the food items were "discontinued". And the ones on display looked very unappetizing. The service was ok. The place could have been cleaner.

A nice place to chill out with your friends, the open sitting is the USP of this place otherwise the coffee is not upto the mark.

Quality if snack are alright. However service can be improved further. Earlier staff was much amazing.

They have got a sitting area just outside the place and has all greenery around. The service is satisfactory. The employees working there will greet you every time!
