Cafe Coffee Day

It's a small outlet but yet service is at par and so is place vibe. They have versatile menu as well with mention of calorie count and vegan options are also available

Service was delayed and customers coming later were entertained 1st instead of waiting customers

The Cafe Coffee Day outlet in Kirti Nagar is absolute RUBBISH in terms of

1. Service - the server took 5 minutes to even greet us because she was busy cleaning up behind the counter. When we asked for the menu she handed it over and continued to do whatever she was earlier doing. After scrutinizing the menu, both of us asked for 2 of the beverage items listed only to be advised that both were not available. So we asked her to let us know what was available so that we could make a choice from what was available. All this took 10 minutes, before we were asked to sit. It took another 10 minutes to get served. 20 minutes. We also asked for a sandwich but were told by the server that she couldn't attend to our order, as apparently, there was an issue with the billing system. So we handed her the money asking for the sandwich to be served and that she could generate the bill subsequently. She began saying that she couldn't serve till the bill was generated but the other person tapped her and told her to do the needful. We got our ungrilled, cold, tasteless sandwich after another 10 minutes. What was supposed to be a quick coffee and sandwich 15 minute break in between our hectic morning stretched to an hour. Completely inefficient and pathetic service.

2. Items on the menu - they may have the regular menu of a CCD outlet but have a stock of only 1/6th of the items available.

3. Taste - UGGGGGGGHHHHH

4. Cleanliness - pathetic

5. Others - the washroom was not functioning apparently as there was no water!

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF STOPPING HERE FOR A COFFEE OR A BITE EVER!

The shakes were awesome but the munch ons were so so. Nothing great about them. The seats were really dirty and the store mostly was not busy.

Service is really good, but they don't have enough snacks I visited this place twice within a couple of days and the situation was same. I am not blaming them maybe it is because of the fact that a lot of customer show up everyday!

1. No eats available.
2. Masks not being worn by all workers.specially juniors.
3. Table was dirty and then left wet. Had to ask them to wait with the coffee as table is wet.
4. Only 2 customers at that time.
5. COFFEE was good.

This place was worth visit. Nice and friendly staff make sure you comfortable and spend quality time there

The food menu was very extensive. But i ordered a burger, not available, as options, I tried three other items, left them all half way. Stale, smelly. On the upside, ccd has the best cold coffee of all the coffee brands.

Not a big place.can accommodate not more then 15 guests at max. There is serious problem with this place that is menu they never have all the food items available at any day at any given point of time but still I liked the place as it always have good crowd specially for couples they can feel comfortable. Intellectuals please don't go there you won't find a good view at it is on a main road which of an industrial area

This is going place to have quite bites and some cold / hot drinks. Staff is very friendly. Frankly, this was first CCD outlet in India, where staff greeted everyone right at the door, while entering. Must be speciality of Delhi's hospitality.

I had a business meeting nearby and I'd some time with me.im glad I spent it here. I was able to finish some work as well.

Used to be a great peaceful location for meeting people and discussion too. Now too noisy and not the same ambience too!
