Cafe Coffee Day

Hopped in without realising that CCD prices had gone through the roof and were on par with Starbucks and much higher than Third Wave coffee. That said, could also have been that the prices vary according to location but I don't plan to step into a CCD anytime soon to find out. This outlet is probably one of the largest I've been to, with seating in various sections. There was hardly anybody there late at night, so service was quick. Coffee tested just Ok, probably because so many blends are now available to buy and make at home, and one does not really have to go to a cafe to sample exotic blends anymore.

The so good CAFE COFFEE DAY SQUARE has degraded a lot. The place is same for Years, But their quality of drinks had been deteriorated a lot. We ordered Mango Shake, Iced Americano, Cheese Nachos and Paneer Tikka Sandwich.

Iced Americano was fine, Mango Shake was horrible, Paneer Tikka Sandwich was soso and the best was Cheese Nachos.

Their atmosphere was also soso, there were mosquitos everywhere and we had to change seats 2 times due to same. We had to replace the drink once since mosquitoes fell in the drink.

Overall we were dissatisfied from our visit and we would not recommend to go to this place now

Nice experience but seems prices are different from other CCD and they put extra charges for no use.

Worse coffee like warm water, worse pasta, and some drink and creaming missing on the shake…. Never recommend

Nice and clean restaurant. The devil coffee was tasty. Bit expensive but nice place for relaxing.

Well, I was there at the CCD last week and ordered a coffee worth of INR 700 and they denied me the glass of water and told that only option is to buy mineral water bottle for which I have to pay. However the same guy served the glass of water to person sitting on the next table.

Firstly, you can not deny the glass of filtered water as per the rulling of Supreme Court of India and secondly, are you so inhumane that you won't service your customer glass of water in such hot weather?

Your loss CCD, you lost a customer! All the best.

Best place for small office meeting. Ideal place for couples. A little expensive. Good service.

Cafe Coffee Day has come on the clamshell. There is good seating here. The interior here is very well done. I have spent a lot of time with you. I sit here and do my office work and the coffee here is very good.
Just recently I tried their combos. It was very good and his price was also economical.
The interior here is luxurious.
I have given a star less because the internet does not run here. The wifi available butt net was not running.

My favorite joint in CP. Have loads of memories associated with this place. Love its cozy ambiance. Service is fast and staff is attentive.

First floor. The cost is higher than the regular CCD

Located on first floor of C Block. One of the most spacious CCD's you would have visited. The best thing I liked is one can have private talks without worrying about other guests as the tables have acceptable gap between each other. The Staff is courteous however one needs to draw their attention to place order and to get you the bill.

Just ok. Many things on menu were absent and the service was also shabby. I think CCD is losing its charm.

Despite asking 20 times, they couldn't connect my laptop with internet. There was no body who can take responsibility and fix the issue. I wouldn't visit this place again for sure.

Amazing place to conduct meetings of all nature, professional as well as personal. They have quite extraordinary collection of coffee and other beverages with changing food items based on themes they keep on including time to time. The whole experience is quite expensive but totally worth each penny to spend there.

A nice place to visit with your loved ones i.e. Friends, family or anyone else. I loved this place has it has a awesome ambience and nice music going on every time i go there. And the best part is that there are no big queues and the serving time is also not that much too. And the food they serve is really awesome. Also you can find good sitting there also. Staff is also good. And the thing I personally like the most is there Capachinao

Being the top outlet of ccd I chose to to sit here to complete my pending work. CP has low network so on arriving I asked for wifi password. Staff mentioned only few tables have wifi network connectivity, I would need to shift my table for network! I ordered for Chicken Mexican bowl which was served cold to me plus rice was hard.

On placing the order the staff noticed I am busy on a call but kept waiting right in front of me to get my contact details and name before placing the order I had to eventually hang up.

Food quantity was very less and value for money was absolutely low.

Outlet doesn’t have internet connectivity neither cellular network internet nor WLAN or WiFi routing internet. It’s very worst experience, even though I am a regular customer. The reason behind to open CCD was meetings (official or personal or friends hangout) and for any type of meeting, internet requires. But cafe doesn’t have internet through any source. It’s The Square CCD which is premium to other CCD and they charge extra for the premium. I am completely dis appointed with this.

CCD outlet in a prime location as CP is in pathetic condition. Half of stuff u wish to drink or eat is unavailable. Furniture here is in tatters. Dingy lighting. Service at snail pace. Wondering how they surviving?

It's a good place for formal n Informal meetings. I have personally done several meetings there. They have a separate meeting also with video call facility where we can do VC. On the pricing side it's bit on a higher side but in 110001 everything comes at a higher price tag so it's fine. Service is good staff is friendly n supportive.

Three of us visited the place a while ago. We were to order a cold breverage and the waitress asked us to order "per head" or leave! I am sorry to say that I have not expected such hospitality from a place to eat. Perhaps my expectations from this place was a little high. I will recommend everybody to stay away from such a place else you may share such amazing experience too.

Old establishment, not maintained properly. Cranky staff and Air conditioners don't work half of the time.

The experience couldn't be worse! A single dessert took 15 minutes to be served and to top it there was a frozen layer. I complained to the server who checked with the Chef and offered a replacement. Imagine my disgust when the same dessert plate was brought back and I was told that the dessert had been blow-dried! I just walked out but not before writing in the feedback register. The place has gone to the dogs. The upholstery is tearing and flies are buzzing freely! Really awful.

I have been here for the third time. I kind of like its ambience. Coffees in CCD we all know are upto the name.

At any CCD outlet the quality of the food items and beverages is always good. This outlet scores in the large lounge making it a nice place for business meetings and casual get togethers.
