Service staff is useless
They don't even serve you water if asked despite billing of Rs 1200
Now understand why the brand has failed

I wish I could give them 0 stars. There are so many cockroaches in the outlet. Don't go there. Why pay so much? Better to eat simple sandwich, coffee, tea from own kitchen. Don't spoil your mood, health and money here. Check pics.

The coffee and food is as per CCD standards but they follow unethical practice of adding flavors to coffee without asking or telling the customers. It has happened to me twice in 3 days that Hazelnut flavor has been added to Frappe and Cappaccino even though I asked for a regular coffee. After confronting them they reversed the charge. Do have ur coffee and snacks here but beware of unethical billing practices.
