Extremely slow service, to start with. It took them all of 15-17 minutes to get ONE frappe that we had ordered!
Also, for some reason, they serve coffee in the take away glasses. When asked, their reasoning was, all the glasses had broken or were damaged. I understand, but then, they can raise a request for fresh glasses from CCD, right?
The actual experience of drinking coffee inside the coffee-shop is completely marred by these 2 reasons. Not worth your time, frankly.
On a side note, I did notice a few small cockroaches roaming around on the floor and the walls. It wasn't a pleasant sight.

You can enjoy a sip of hot coffee in open area with light of smoke or some tasty sandwich.
